Generally speaking, a person's initial motivation to join the party is not a single purpose, but a combination of various factors, often with a process that is not correct. Therefore, we should analyze each factor and write the evolution of the thought to achieve the final correct motivation for joining the party. If necessary, we must have a certain theoretical discussion.
Fourth, your own advantages and disadvantages. We must look at our own strengths and weaknesses in two parts, and make in-depth analysis one by one. We must have the determination and measures to carry forward the advantages and overcome the shortcomings.
Fifth, the determination to join the party. Filling in the party's voluntary letter is only one of the procedures that must be performed by the comrades applying for membership in the party. Even if they join the party in the organization, whether they join the party in thinking or not must look at the words and deeds of the party. Therefore, in the admission letter to the party, we must also show that we have unacceptable mental preparations, plans for further efforts, or attitudes or determinations after joining the party.
