2. The main task of the Party Constitution Study Group is to make full use of the favorable conditions of all aspects of the school, to learn and publicize the Party Constitution, Marxism-Leninism and Deng Xiaoping Theory, to stimulate the political enthusiasm of the majority of students, and to guide them to move closer to the party organizations with practical actions.
3. The party chapter study group is organized and self-managed by the students themselves. Party organizations at all levels are obliged to guide and help them. The Party Constitution Study Group uses the party class as the main training method, and fully combines various forms of activities such as counseling lectures, symposiums, and audio-visual films. The centralized teaching is not less than 12 hours.
Second, the party active activist training
1. Incentive training for the party is a concentrated training of the basic and comprehensive party knowledge of the development object before the development of the organization. It is an important link for the education and training of the development object in the development of party members.
2. The training of activists in the party should allow the trainees to systematically understand and master the basic knowledge of the party, the conditions for joining the party, the procedures and procedures for joining the party. Through the training, the party is motivated by the party, and the political conviction is firmly determined.
3. The training of activists in the party is organized by the party branch and the general branch of the department, and is responsible for the two-way division of labor. The Party School mainly reviews and formulates the annual training plan and implements it; determines and adjusts the training content, provides training teachers; and is responsible for the completion and certification of the students. The general branch of the department department mainly proposes the annual training preliminary plan, and is responsible for the implementation of the class plan, including the qualification examination of the students, the establishment of the group organization, the liaison of the class teachers, the arrangement of the teaching process, the class and the management of the student's student status.
The active party training of the party is conducted in a combination of centralized lectures, group discussion activities, and viewing of audio-visual films. The concentrated teaching time is no less than 24 hours.
Third, the preparation of party members training

3. The training of probationary party members shall be organized by the Party School and, if necessary, jointly organized with the relevant party general branches. The preparatory party members are trained in a combination of intensive lectures, group discussion activities, and study tours, with a duration of no less than 24 hours.
Fourth, strengthen the leadership of the party's basic knowledge training work

2. The general branch of the department department is responsible for specifically guiding the development of the party chapter study group activities, and actively cooperates with and participates in the training of party activists and probationary party members. The general manager shall be responsible for the basic knowledge training of the party, carefully organized, and strictly managed to ensure a good teaching order.
3. Organize the party's basic knowledge training and strive to achieve three combinations, that is, the combination of party class teaching and self-study, combining theory with practice, combining learning with solving their own ideological problems, putting an end to formalism and improving practical results.
