The party constitution stipulates that the probationary party members must take an oath to join the party in front of the party flag. This is a necessary formula for the development of party members and a fine tradition of our party. The swearing-in ceremony was held to show the solemnity and seriousness of joining the party. It is a form of education for the probationary party members and a good form for the probationary party members to conduct self-education.
