Since I was absorbed as a probationary member of the Communist Party of China last year, I have been stricter in my request this year, paying attention to asking for my words and deeds as a party member. From time to time, from organizational life, organizational conversations, some film and film and newspapers and magazines to absorb useful ingredients, and constantly enrich themselves and improve themselves. More than 6 million laid-off workers achieved re-employment throughout the year. The institutional reform of the State Council has progressed smoothly, and a new atmosphere has emerged in the construction and work style of the organs. The reform of urban housing system and the reform of urban workers' medical insurance system are being implemented. Most cities have established a minimum living security system for residents. The advancement of various reforms has played a positive role in establishing a socialist market economic system and promoting economic and social development.

Judging from the situation reflected in the report, the Chinese government has achieved great results under the unfavorable conditions of last year. Especially in the earthquake relief work, the Party Central Committee and the government have effectively carried out the work of leading organizations, which left a deep impression on the people of the whole country.
