On May 20, 2019, I was honored to be a glorious probationary member of the Chinese Communist Party. According to the provisions of the Party Constitution, my party members have been preparing for a full year, and now apply to become a member of the Chinese Communist Party. During the probationary period of this year, I have been strict with myself as a member of the official party members and exercised herself in a comprehensive manner. During the preparatory period of this year, I earnestly studied science and culture knowledge, accepted systematic ideological education within the party, and worked hard and diligently. Both personal skills and political ideological awareness have greatly improved. The individual's comprehensive quality has developed in an all-round way. All of this is inseparable from the care and cultivation of party organizations.

My class is a group that is full of fighting, united, and harmonious. There are many new and old party members who are worth learning. I have benefited a lot from their words and deeds. I usually devote myself to my organizational life every time. I know this is a good time for me to learn. In discussions and group learning, I listened carefully to everyone's speeches and carefully prepared my own speeches in an effort to maximize the communication with my comrades in this limited time to enrich myself.

But even so, I still have shortcomings and shortcomings. Especially in the recent democratic appraisal of party members, some party members and comrades have presented me with pertinent criticisms and suggestions, which have helped me a lot. I will continue to accept criticism from everyone and work hard to correct it. I seriously participated in a series of listening and learning reports organized by the school, watching videos and other learning and education activities. Through these studies and discussions, my political theory has been greatly improved. Many problems that have been vaguely recognized have been clarified, and existing questions have been answered. At the same time, some phenomena and problems have been further understood.

In the past year, as a student cadre of the Youth League Committee, I worked diligently to complete the tasks assigned by my superiors after busy study, and successfully organized and participated in most of the student activities of our department. During the event, I was able to assist the counselor's teacher to organize the sub-committee and the departmental cadres of the student union to do a good job of division and coordination, so that the activities were carried out more vividly.

It can be said that the work and activities of the students in our department have made great achievements this year. This is obvious to everyone. In these activities, we are all saturated with our sweat. At the same time, I also participated in some activities and achieved certain results. At the work, the teacher gave me guidance to point out the shortcomings in my work; the classmates and student cadres also gave me a lot of help. This also made me deeply understand the relationship between the party members and the people, and realized the correctness of the party's work route from the people to the people. Also in the activity, I deeply felt that the party members can only take the lead and take the lead, so that they can have the appeal to drive the students to make progress together. I do feel the pride and responsibility of being a party member, and I will continue to work hard to be worthy of this title.
During the preparatory period of one year, I insisted on diligent study and solidly improved the ability to study and implement the scientific concept of development. I know that the majority of Communist Party members, including probationary members, should regard learning as a political responsibility and an ideological realm. And treat, be eager to learn, not to learn. I not only strengthen my professional knowledge, but also strive to improve my knowledge of science and culture, and pay more attention to the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics including Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the scientific development concept.
Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of our party, a basic condition for party members, and a unique quality of party members. Since becoming a probationary member, I have kept in mind the party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and closely linking the purpose of practicing the party with its words and deeds and work.
At the time of graduation, many students could not get timely notice from the school because of their postgraduate studies or job search. Many things could not be carried out normally. I took the initiative to take up the task of contacting teachers and classmates. So that they can find a job with peace of mind and plan for their long-term tomorrow. Always keep in mind the personal interests of the class, classmates, and people, and the practical difficulties.
In the past year, the shortcomings and shortcomings of personal existence have been gradually corrected. At the same time, we also pay attention to maintaining and developing our existing strengths and advantages, and strive to achieve all-round personal development. In my usual study and life, I can standardize my words and deeds with the standards of a party member. Party members must do it, and do better.
