First, political and ideological aspects:

I took the initiative to strengthen political study, use my spare time to study party history and party constitutions carefully, understand the history of our party's glorious struggle, and thus cherish the present life and strengthen the correct political direction; and often watch TV news, read newspapers, and read current affairs journals. Timely study of the decisions and resolutions promulgated by the Party Central Committee, and maintain a high degree of consistency in the ideological and party organizations. I have carefully studied and experienced the connotation of the important thinking of the "Three Represents"; I have profoundly understood the guiding ideology of the "Scientific Outlook on Development" put forward by the Party Central Committee. Through this series of studies, I have improved my political and ideological standards, strengthened my belief in communism, and understood that theoretical maturity is the foundation of political maturity, and political sobriety comes from a solid theoretical cornerstone. As a student, the main task is to learn. As a probationary member, there is no good performance without convincing. Therefore, I am strict with myself, exert pressure on myself, concentrate on class, concentrate on self-study time, and earn national scholarships, bursaries and ICBC scholarships through hard work, and are taught by teachers and classmates in the campus star selection. In my usual life, as a member of the study committee, I pay attention to starting from a little bit of little things. In July 2019, I entered the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China xx branch internship. During the period, I transferred to the xx, xx branch office, xx savings office and xx road branch. During the internship process, I learned a lot of knowledge outside the book and benefited a lot. Especially in the xx road branch, during the benchmarking network, I learned a lot of knowledge about etiquette, and let me thoroughly understand the importance of bank service etiquette. As a assistant to the lobby, I learned the mutual communication and understanding between people, and let me feel the sincerity and fun of "serving the people."

I still remember that at the preparatory party development meeting, the party branch secretary and the cultivator sincerely asked me to point out my shortcomings. At that time, my mood was both exciting and embarrassing. I am very proud to be a probationary member, but I also deeply feel that the heavy weight of joining the party is not a sloppy thing to join the party. Party members are not just an identity, an honor, but also a responsibility and a pursuit. This made me feel that I am no longer an ordinary person, but a Communist who has great ideals and firm beliefs. This makes me think more when I do anything.
