In October 2019, my preparatory period for joining the party was over a year, so I solemnly filed a rectification application with the party organization and applied for conversion to the official party member of the Communist Party of China. I. Ideologically

Over the past year, I have been studying hard at work, constantly improving my ideological and moral realm, and striving to become a qualified and official Chinese Communist Party member at an early date. Through the channels of amateur study, newspapers, and the Internet, I have carefully studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the "Three Represents", and the Scientific Outlook on Development; and fully realized that they are transforming the objective world and acquiring China. A guide to action that highlights the fruits of victory in the cause of socialist modernization. Through a series of studies, I have improved my political and ideological level, strengthened my belief in communism, and understood that theoretical maturity is the foundation of political maturity, and political sobriety comes from a solid theoretical cornerstone. We have strengthened the conviction of communism, bearing in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, persisting in the party’s basic line, and maintaining the communist purity and advancement that a Communist Party member should have.

Second, work

In the work, I constantly improve my business level, actively obey the organization, listen to the leadership arrangements, do not care about personal gains and losses, take care of the overall situation, unite and cooperate, self-discipline, and lead by example, and actively complete all the work in teaching management.

In accordance with the idea of ​​integrating and sharing experimental teaching resources, after the completion of the construction of the comprehensive laboratory, through various channels and methods, the remaining problems of various professional laboratories were solved, the teaching environment was improved, and the teaching activities without delay were made. And the realization of laboratory sharing, cross-professional use; during the period has also received many domestic and foreign experts, scholars, alumni and other visits. The utilization rate of the laboratory has been improved, the level of the experimental teaching environment of the college has been improved, and a good publicity effect has been achieved. At the same time, the classification of equipment and instruments in each laboratory and the statistical work of the divisions were completed.

Participated in the application for the application of the xx municipal “xx Center” and achieved success.

As the administrator of the educational system, dealing with daily system problems, contacting the manufacturers to put forward the requirements, making the teaching management software suitable for the operational needs of the actual teaching management of our hospital, for small problems can be solved by themselves, to ensure the stability of the system operation, no teaching management operation accidents .

At the same time, he also successfully completed the "High School English Application Ability Test" for the participation of high-ranking xx students; the teaching practice week of the xx campus; and the xx computer teaching and research section organized xx students to participate in the national "Liberal Arts Student Computer Contest" for the first time. And achieved good results in the national xx award; the same with the Asset Management Office completed the experimental data reporting work of the Municipal Education Commission and the Assets Clearance of the Academic Affairs Office; and so on.

Summarizing my work and study in the past year, I feel that I am struggling with my work and I have gained a lot of ideas.

I am strict with self-discipline, be patient with others, and work diligently to do my own work. It is my guideline to complete tasks with a positive attitude. In the days to come, I will continue to strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge and use science. Ideologically arm myself, spur myself with loyalty and responsibility to the motherland and the people, be loyal to the party's educational cause, redouble my responsibility for the work, further strengthen the leading role of the party members and vanguard models, strive to align with the advanced party members and comrades, and constantly improve themselves. The development of the motherland and the college has made greater contributions.

I am eager to be a glorious member of the Chinese Communist Party. This is not for the sake of Guangzong Yaozu. It is not for the sake of relying on the status of the ruling party for personal gain. I deeply understand that Communists mean hard work, struggle and even sacrifice. I join the party. Just to accept the party’s leadership more directly and to fight for the cause of communism for a lifetime! The ideal is ambitious, but we must start from the actual situation. I will start to work hard with practical actions from now on, and strictly demand myself with the standards of a party member. Try to narrow the gap with the standards of party members. If I am absorbed by the party organizations, I will be more determined of the ideals and beliefs of communism and abide by the party's charter. To meet the standards of qualified party members, to pay the party fees on time and actively play the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. Consciously accept the party's teaching, implement the party's line, principles, and policies in accordance with the requirements of the party organization, and constantly push forward the building of a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
