Sealing management is still a loophole. There is no effective measure to control the loss of the seal. This is a major shortcoming of the model project this year.

Second, the coordination of daily production quality

Although the quality control in the daily production workshop has done a lot of work, there are still many problems, which have made the customer complaints of this year reach 21 times.

New customers, new process requirements and workshop communication have done a good job.

Although the process of communication and cooperation with the procurement department is relatively smooth, it is very passive, and the source of procurement information is not enough, resulting in no price competitiveness.

Third, the customer complaints resolved and replies

After the increase in shipments and the tightening of quality requirements this year, the number of customer complaints reached 21 times less than the **** year. Among them, the issue of Xi Shi is the biggest quality problem of the year. Other small but small problems can effectively solve and respond to the guests. However, in the process of solving these problems, I directly reflected the following points: the communication method is not scientific enough, and the problem of tracking the problem is not enough; the degree of cooperation of the relevant departments of the company is not enough, and it is often delayed.

In assisting in the tracking and testing of new product development, I and the engineering staff can almost complete the project handed over by the technical department on time.

Due to the lack of correct standard technical instructions and the inaccuracy of the equipment, the engineering department is the main factor in this work.

Looking at the work situation of the **** year, looking forward to the new year, this manpower will strive to do the following work plans for 2019:

First, the effective and timely completion rate of the sample work should reach 90%, and the accuracy of product testing and standards is 98%.

Second, from January to May, please ask the technical department to complete a set of standard inspection technical instructions.

Third, strive to complete the specification and shorten the standardization of the length of all pots in mid-April.

Fourth, strengthen the intensity of the quality, while vigorously digging from the material aspects to reduce costs.
