IT resignation report

Dear XX Leader:

When I read this passage at three in the morning, I felt a lot of emotions in my heart. I couldn't sleep for a long time. . . . So I opened the Notebook and wrote this remark to you.

At the end of last year, the words of going and staying have been repeated in my heart. Until I thought of this sentence, "When you are having a hard time making a choice, you must respect the voice that comes from your heart." When you first entered the company, you were expecting me. I have stayed at a foreign company and have a clear-cut approach. I am full of confidence in myself and cannot see my own shortcomings. I think that these things have made me feel so sad.

I remember that I had difficulties and setbacks at work, and I discussed with my wife when I was about to leave the company. My lady’s meaningful words made me stay. She said: "You should stay and see, sometimes it will be a bad thing at the end." I am grateful to her now, because now it seems that her words are correct. It is her statement that allows me to reflect on my own deficiencies every day after work and find ways to make up for it. I finally understood the truth that how important it is for a person to constantly improve and transcend himself in reflection.

IT is a highly technical industry, and individuals have experienced one after another development tools from being sought after by everyone to being left out. In the end, I found that I should grasp some of the basics, and the eternal unchanging factors, even if everyone has the power to choose the part he is interested in. So I worked hard to find my own interests and excels. And continue to work hard to learn.

In the past three years of working time, there have been passions, confusion, jealousy, and warmth, sentiment, and forge ahead. The perseverance and honest attitude that my father gave me made me hard to come through in these processes. In my work, I constantly corrected myself in my life and worked hard to improve my own understanding. I also regained the confidence of life.

Looking back, when I think of having enough minds to accept things that you can't change, have enough courage to change what you can change, and have enough wisdom to distinguish the difference between the two. When I suddenly realized, it turned out that Because my own mind is not enough. Life can't come back, but can come back at any time, I have the power to choose.....

I have remembered the vitality and enthusiasm of the research and development department. The technical engineering department is harmonious, calm and responsible. These have left me with an indelible impression. It has been deeply imprinted on my mind, and it will surely remind me of my colleagues who have worked together.
