Just like I am a professional manager, working for shareholders. Not working for a certain person. If there is no decentralization and determination of the company's upper-level rights, then anyone who comes will be like me, or if you want to get money. If an enterprise wants to grow and develop, then it must first have a relatively sound system to guarantee. What is the most important difference between a large enterprise and a small enterprise? That is to say that the core resources and information of small enterprises are in the hands of entrepreneurs, while the core resources and information of large enterprises are scattered among managers. Therefore, small enterprises can rely on feelings to maintain, while large enterprises rely on sound systems. Of course, it is impossible to completely manage a company simply by relying on the system. Businesses also need a corporate culture that requires mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual trust among employees. What our company lacks is the understanding, respect and trust of the above-mentioned things, systems, and corporate culture employees.
The above is the improvement of the company system. This is the foundation for the development of our company. The existing ** companies do not have a good system and system execution ability, that is, rely on feelings to maintain, how to improve the system execution. It is a problem that my company should face. That is one of the four problems I mentioned, the systematic process and standardization of the system.
With a good system and a sound system, there must be a good system proponent. Before he finds it, the company’s board of directors must have a consistent opinion, and there must be a corresponding company’s legal authority. If it is not, it is also an empty talk. There are still two pieces of processing, human resource management improvement and financial improvement.
First of all, let me talk about the improvement of human resources management. **The company has a small number of employees. Besides the technology and the outside, let's talk about the employees inside. Although our directors are not out of production, but more than 20 people are divided into 3 and 3 workshops, 4 directors, and 5 directors in the warehouse, which is a waste of management resources, I think one can. And the wage system must be clear and equal pay for equal work. The existing compensation system of our company is not clear, causing everyone to eat a big pot of rice. The hard work and hard work of employees are not clear, and efforts should not be made by materials. Not speaking by feelings. This is the issue of improving human resources management that I am going to say.
Now I want to talk about the improvement of the financial system. There are many problems, including the management philosophy of the business owner. First of all, I am talking about warehouse management problems, the management of warehouses is confusing, and many people can pick up the materials without a good system. The warehouse is too stagnant. Some things have no accounts, why not. Why do the things that Hangzhou Engineering Office use are more practical? Why? Is it a warehouse or a problem with the Hangzhou Agency or a procurement issue? Because of the first responsibility of these problems, it is the business owner. Without a good procurement system and warehouse management system and on-site production management system, the existing management is very chaotic. First, the responsible person is the business owner and manager. The general large-scale brand companies pay attention to zero inventory, and our company can not be zero inventory, how to achieve and close to zero inventory? This is the management philosophy of the business owner I want to say, value sharing. To do this, our company's entrepreneurs must be in position to learn value sharing rather than profit alone. I can say that a company that does not share value to profit alone is never a successful business. And our company's warehouse has more than 1 million inventories, so I have to ask why? Why is it so high? Of course, it does not include the company’s stagnant materials. Our company has high corporate risks. Therefore, we must learn to share value, develop good suppliers and turn them into good business partners to carry out the business risks of our company. Transferring our financial pressures makes us better and more flexible in the face of market risks.
What we have to master in the existing production is the assembly process, the core thing. The existing aluminum shell can be processed externally. What I want is a semi-finished shell. And this aluminum shell occupies a large proportion in our production workshop. Zhang Weilin's production workshop will cost 5 people in the workshop, and the daily production of aluminum shell is between 50~60 sets.
And our company's standing raw materials in the finished aluminum shell is also about 250,000, which does not include small accessories. Intermediate links can also reduce cost waste. On the contrary, the raw material supplier becomes my warehouse and my risk grafting master. And our company is more flexible to face the market and increase production to increase production. We also don't have problems with production sites and so on.
With the above start, our board can handle this problem the same. Our risks can also be grafted to my suppliers. What I want is a semi-finished board, but he also has problems with LED components, which can also be solved. All I want is for me to specify the supplier's LED, and if there is a quality problem, I can make a claim. Our main face is the development of new products and the assembly of semi-finished products provided by various suppliers. In the middle of this, our raw materials are always in control and controllable. The cost in the middle is about 350,000. And we don't have risks.
With the above two large blocks to improve the financial savings of the warehouse, the warehouse construction account can be more convenient to manage, and the manpower is saved. The ensuing savings are even more. Because there are many reports on the various aspects of warehouse use and production, there are not many qualified rates in all aspects, and it is difficult to calculate the production cost. If you have the above two calculation costs, it is very convenient. This is what I said about financial improvement.
Finally, I am talking about the sales expansion problem. The existing company sales are not well reflected, the lack of sales staff, the company is still limited to Hangzhou, how to expand with Hangzhou as the basis. If we don't have a good sales team right now. If there is no such point as Hangzhou, is there a problem with the company?
The directors and above are the problems that I have seen and thought of in the past two months. Because of the personality, I am not suitable for the work of the company in the existing form.
