After nearly four years of work, I found that I still have a lot of knowledge in my work and life, and I can't adapt to the needs of social development. Therefore, I am eager to go back to campus and continue my studies. After careful consideration, I hereby apply: I voluntarily apply to resign from all positions at XXX, please approve.

During the recent ** years of XXX, I was fortunate to have the guidance and enthusiasm of the leaders and colleagues of the unit. At work, I have learned a lot of valuable scientific research experience and practical skills, and have a general understanding of scientific research. This nearly four years of work experience will be my first valuable asset in my future work.
