In the twinkling of an eye, I have been working on mobile for nearly a year. I am very grateful to all the leaders for their concern and cultivation. I have grown up in the mobile work year, and I have gained a lot in my work and life. Students are transforming into the role of social people. Leaders are the most respected teachers in my career. However, unfortunately, for my personal reasons, I decided to quit my current job from a long-term career development plan.

This is the most difficult decision I made in my life. During this time, my mind has been in conflict and hesitant. I took the first step in my career at China Mobile, and I am reluctant to lead the amiable leaders here. I am reluctant to laugh. Colleagues; reluctant to move the "big family"; can't forget the good time of the "new power" new employee training base camp on Jinyun Mountain, let me have a sense of belonging to "mobile people"; I can't forget the experience-based internship in Shapingba area. For the first time, I had an intuitive feeling for the mobile company; I couldn't forget the life and work of the group's customer center, let me grow step by step. However, according to my own career development plan, I had to quit my current job. This contradictory psychology made me suffer and hesitated and finally made this decision. Ask leaders to understand and approve.

In the past year of work, I mainly worked on product management. I am very grateful to the leadership for such an important task. However, due to limited personal ability and lack of experience, there are still many problems in many places, but in everyone. Thanks to the careful guidance of the leaders and the enthusiastic help of my colleagues, I have continued to grow and progress in my work, and have laid a solid foundation for my career. The corporate culture of the mobile company "Zhengde is good and healthy, and good at the best", I will keep in mind that in the future study and work, I will continue to make progress and innovation, and never forget that I am a "mobile person."
