Summary of summer social practice in 2019

On July 9th, a group of 10 people from the Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology's “Focus on Harmony” social time team was ready to go. Despite the heavy rain in the sky, the players were excited at this time, and the heavy rain did not destroy their enthusiasm. It was already in the evening when we arrived at the destination. After we had reorganized our bags, we set out to clean the house. The heat in the evening was hard to resist, but for the normal action of the next day, the players still had to endure a few days after the heat slowly fell asleep. Every meal was simple and rough, but the players did not complain. There are two things that show me the deepest in this activity. The first one was the orphans we visited the welfare home. We played with them, played games together, and held a book-giving ceremony. Their tender smiles stayed deep in my heart, shocking me, and enlightening me to live optimistically. The orphans in the welfare home are lonely and fragile. Their world is relatively closed, and the aunts and uncles of the orphanage are their fathers and mothers. When we see their bright smiles, we feel that everything we do is worthwhile. Their healthy growth requires more people's attention and needs more selfless help. They have lost their closest relatives, so let us use care to fill their inner gaps.

The second one is the great shock that the two disabled people gave me when we visited Feida Computer School. They made me feel that life is not so fragile, and I have seen a constant force in them. One of the two disabled people was the founder of Feida Computer School. Although he could only sit in a wheelchair forever, he used his extraordinary brains to start a business and finally achieved his own ideals. The other one is a calligrapher with hands and hands. His calligraphy works have won provincial awards many times. I think that things that we normal people can't do can happen in a disabled person. Isn't it necessary for us to learn the courage and perseverance?

Finally, we have also established a social practice base at Feida Computer School. We hope that our schoolmates and sisters can also come here to learn their spirit of self-improvement.

Through this social practice, we have learned a lot about the philosophy of life. I believe that in the future life, we will work harder and more tenacious. We will also pay more attention to the harmony of this society and let the smile bloom on everyone's face.
