Due to the family economy, I can't be like most of my classmates. I can have fun and rest at home during the summer vacation. I have to consider my living expenses for the next semester. I started working in the supermarket from the summer of my graduation from high school. Since my performance is not bad, the boss likes me more, so this summer I promised to work in his supermarket for granted. I haven't had a holiday yet. I called the supermarket and asked if the boss would let me work in their supermarket. The boss promised that I would like to work. I am of course very happy!

Gossip less, and get down to business. That year, before I went to the supermarket to work, I had an elder who told me: Do more work at work, talk less! The words are simple, but it is not easy to do it. As the saying goes: It is simple to be a bad person and to be a good person! It is not a simple matter to shed a good image from the beginning of many colleagues and cadres! So, I made the following major points:
One. I will never destroy the rules of the supermarket. As the saying goes: state-owned national law, the family has family rules. Naturally, there is a corresponding regulation as a unit. Our supermarket has a lot of regulations, such as: can not be a post, can not chat, can not carry the phone on the body and so on. The so-called can not be a post, that is, you can not leave your position without authorization. Each of our tally members has their own position - belonging to each shelf. For example, if I am on the side of the department store, I can't just go to the food side. People on the food can't just walk to our department store. The food is quite large, and it is divided into three parts: beverages and freezers, biscuits, and snack foods. Why can't you just arbitrarily collude? In fact, this is the case: in our country, customers are not as high as the citizens of big cities, and customers often steal things. If we leave our position casually, then there is no one to look at the shelves here, and things are easy to lose! Similarly, "can't talk" is similar to this reason. If the international song tally has nothing to do when chatting, then no one looks at the goods, and there are fewer things and losses! Also, "I can't bring my mobile phone to my body." This rule seems to be strict. In fact, there are reasons for this. In the past, the colleagues in the supermarket went to work to send messages to each other, did not work seriously, no one looked at the goods. So, the manager later stipulated: You can't bring your phone with you! You can bring your phone to work, but put it in the office. For this regulation, everyone still understands very well. After all, there is a way to go to work, and the supermarket's revenue has a lot to do with its own income. Of course, there are still many regulations, such as: you can't smoke at work, you can't sit down, and so on. I can basically consciously abide by all the regulations. I think these are the most basic and of course they must be observed.
two. No matter who it is, just scream. Being a tally in the supermarket is sometimes very busy. Especially on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, these three days are the days of checkout. Many suppliers are shipping these days, and then they check out. Sometimes, several suppliers are delivered, and this time is busy, there are many goods unloaded at the receiving office. Only a few people are too busy at the receiving office. It is necessary to inspect the goods and carry the goods away. So they need someone to help. I just came, of course, I can't stay on the side. In order to perform better, I took the initiative to run over and separate the goods from each counter and sent them to each shelf and then unloaded them. If it is a general cargo, it is nothing, but sometimes some merchants send goods such as beverages, soy sauce, and cooking oil. A box is a few bottles! Very heavy! Our supermarkets are filled with hundreds of boxes of drinks and dozens of boxes of oil. Every time they are unloaded, they are especially tired! Sometimes, when I go to sleep in the morning, my hands hurt and I am still boring! No way, who makes me new? Therefore, no matter how tired I am, I will be very active and proactive to help. Ever since, I was a positive person in the eyes of my colleagues. I also left a good image for them in front of the cadres!


three. If you don't have the goods, you need to find something to do. The so-called "loading" is what we often say, saying that the popular point is "replenishment." The goods on the shelves were bought by the customers, and the shelves are not empty? Still not selling things? This is not the case, you have to take the same product from the warehouse to make up the original position. If there are a lot of customers in the supermarket, you can't just look at the replenishment, you have to look at it. Of course, not every time there is goods on the goods. Sometimes, the goods on the shelves are all filled, isn't there nothing to do? Just standing in one place and looking at the shelves in a daze, or hanging back and forth? Of course not! If there are no customers, there is no need to make up the goods, walk around in the aisle, it is not so good to be seen by the manager, I feel that I have nothing to do, in the mixed time! After all, it is the owner of a private enterprise, and will not raise some idlers. The boss hires you because you want to create wealth for him, not for you. So, I should find something to do: wipe the shelf. After the shelf is not wiped for a while, there will be some dust. The customer sees the dusty product. It feels like this product is long and old, and naturally it will not be bought. This not only gives the customer a bad image, but the goods can't be sold. No one wants our things to sell. In fact, there is another advantage to wipe the shelf: you can sit down! This is very good, can't sit down in the supermarket, who can stand for so long? Therefore, when there are no customers and there is no charge, you can wipe the shelves. It is with the above points that I am still very good at the supermarket.


I also learned a lot when I work in the supermarket. Now, the supermarkets in our town are getting more and more open. In order to attract more customers, the natural price war will be played. Sometimes, I can see employees from other supermarkets coming to us to see the price. We are sometimes arranged by the manager to go to other supermarkets to see the price. For doing "spy", I also summed up an experience: to pretend to be a customer to buy things, and must be like! General supermarkets are not suspicious of real customers. The most important thing is: you can't use the pen to copy the price! Some supermarket employees are using us to copy prices! Naturally, it is indispensable for our manager to come to the office to have tea.

Having said that, the vicious competition of merchants is absolutely beneficial to consumers, but as operators, we are not willing to see! The price is low, the profit is naturally less, and our wages and bonuses are all directly related to this profit!

In general, working in the supermarket is definitely rewarding. I entered the society ahead of time, got to know the society in advance, and got an early understanding of this society. I will be able to make fewer detours in society in the future. What's more, I still got more than a thousand salary in the summer of two months? Although this thousand is not a lot, but what is learned is not very valuable? Is it better to watch TV and go online at home every day?

Then, my social practice activities started from my job search. After several failed interviews, I summed up the reasons for my failure. There are two main reasons. At the beginning, my mind was extremely unbalanced. I thought that I have read so many books from childhood to school. The kitchen is the battlefield of the chef. It is a very business time. The scene is really the same as fighting on the battlefield.
