2012 College Summer Social Practice Report

The annual summer vacation is starting again, and this summer, I am going to start my first social practice.

Because there are fewer large companies in my family, it is more difficult to try a few, so I chose a medium-sized pharmacy near my home.

I discussed it with the boss, indicating that I came to find a job in order to accumulate social experience, and did not care about the purpose of the salary issue. So the boss quickly agreed. The next day, I started my social practice.

The pharmacy has only one floor and the area is not very large. When a customer comes, we just need to recommend him to introduce some medicines that the customer wants. But there are so many medicines in pharmacies, and we can't recommend medicines indiscriminately. Therefore, if you want to sell medicines, you must first understand and remember every function and taboo, and there must be no mistakes. If something goes wrong, then It will be a major event in human life, so at the beginning, the boss only asked me to study while I learned about the functions of various medicines and the procedures of some pharmacies. The work of studying is very hard, and I have to go back to the pharmacy and home, so I am very tired every day. Although I am very tired, I am very fulfilling. Later, I gradually became familiar with various drugs and helped them introduce them. Of course, sometimes customers will dismiss your introduction. Sometimes, they will encounter some customers who are hustle and bustle. They will ask and ask for a product. The 12-point impatience in their hearts will reveal their faces. Smile, mouth to introduce to them, explain, but ultimately did not buy, sometimes, will also meet old customers, say a big pass, they do not understand, just stare I am standing there. But no matter what, our generation should be respectful to the elders and be warm and friendly to the children. "Customer is God" is the purpose of the service industry.

During my time at work, I also learned some knowledge about this pharmacy from there. The medicinal materials here are perfect, even if some medicines that are not commonly used are prepared, they should be prepared to avoid disappointing customers and disappoint customers. And this pharmacy sells some health supplements in addition to general medicines. Because the treatment targets of some health care products are crossed, in many cases, the sales staff of the two health care products will inevitably have some conflicts for the performance, and there will be a strong customer. So to a large extent, the pharmacy's rules and regulations are still flawed. In addition, I have encountered many customers who are more difficult in the family. Most of them are farmers, their clothes are worn out, and the money they make is all very fragmented. They came out to buy medicine for a long time. Compared with other people to buy so-called diet pills, cosmetics customers, a shot is a few hundred. I deeply feel the injustice of society. It also affects my savings in future life, and don't buy some wasteful luxury.

During the break, I also took the initiative to ask our leaders and colleagues to ask and learn from them humbly. He pointed out many mistakes and shortcomings in the work for me. The foreman also told me that I don’t see him as a person. The key to the diploma is to see if this person is diligent and practical. You are different from some of our colleagues. You are highly educated. You should use your time to learn continuously, constantly enrich and constantly improve yourself. Young people should not be afraid of hardship. When they are tired, they can take the lead. When young people Do not endure hardships, do you have to suffer when you are old? Some employees are also very enthusiastic and have communicated with me. I learned about their learning and life. I borrowed the mirror from me and learned from others. It helped me a lot.

Indeed, many times we have very few people in school, and our minds are only very simple. In this social practice, it has indeed made my thoughts and understandings have a deeper improvement. To some extent, I have pointed out a good direction of my efforts.

Summarizing my social practice activities during this period, although it is my first social practice, I think it is a successful, useful, and benefiting social practice. It allows me to enter the society and understand the society in advance. I have a good understanding of this society in advance, which will greatly help my future study.
