Unconsciously, I have already been in the summer of my junior year. In another year, we will be on the job. Therefore, this summer vacation is also the time for us to gain experience for the work after one year. As a student of an graduating English teacher class, the best internship in this summer is of course a teacher. After many considerations and research, I finally chose to go to an English tutoring class as a trainee teacher and follow an experienced teacher.
When I am going to work as a trainee teacher, I am full of ambitions, full of hope and hope for a day of class, I hope that my internship path is wonderful and beautiful. However, the old saying goes that "it is counterproductive". This one-month internship life has made me really realize that it is not easy to be a teacher. It is even more difficult to be a good teacher.
First of all, how to arrange your own class content?

After a short period of more than a month, I finally found out a few small experiences through practice and inquiry.

The content should not be too simple or too difficult. Too easy to let students feel that learning is too simple, it will also make students psychologically create a kind of teacher but this idea is not conducive to the formation of good relations between teachers and students. However, if the knowledge is too difficult, and the students feel uncomfortable pressure, and even have a feeling of disgusting, so there are many factors to consider in the arrangement of the class content.
2. In the organization and arrangement of the content of the class, it is necessary to take into account the interesting and tedious nature of the knowledge, and even to comply with the development of the times. Our modern society is an era of rapid development. Teachers should also take into account the factors of the times and make appropriate changes to the classroom and knowledge.
Second, how do teachers guide students to learn?
In this era of telling development, as a teacher, instead of transferring knowledge to students, it is to guide students how to do well and transform knowledge into abilities. As a teacher, while imparting knowledge, the happiness and enjoyment brought by such learning should be passed on to students. Especially students with poor academic performance often regard learning as a very helpless, very tired and painful thing. Therefore, for students who are not good at learning, we should help them as a teacher and teach the happiness of learning to students in a happy way. Therefore, as a teacher, you should be proficient in teaching materials, deepen the processing of book knowledge, change the traditional teaching methods, use the interesting teaching aids, and embody the feelings, and express the lessons in a flexible and flexible manner, making teaching a fun thing. Then pass this kind of fun to the students, make the students curiosity, stimulate the students' interest in learning, and learn the fun of learning while learning the knowledge. Third, to help students become passive learning for active learning students have improved their academic performance, rich learning, rich knowledge, broad vision, will produce their own learning desires, at this time students' learning is blind, which requires teachers Timely set the direction for students and set goals. The more specific and clear the goal, the easier it is to implement, the easier it is to see the results, and the sum of the cumulative results is the achievement of the goal. Finally, how do you manage a group of energetic adolescent students?
This is a seemingly simple one, but it is actually the most difficult one. Students' emotions are no longer within our control. For example, when it comes to how to arrange teaching content, our teachers have the initiative, we can arrange the appropriate content according to needs. However, this group of students who are in adolescence, sometimes they can't control their emotions. As a teacher, it is really a difficult thing to discipline them.
I have had some short-term internships and I have some opinions.
1. Use simple and lively teaching methods to teach students to teach students in a relaxed and lively way, let students accept you, and then gradually inject the importance of doing things and learning elements in the process of teaching. I believe that no student can dislike a teacher who is both fun and kind. Such teachers should be able to infect the students.
2. To make a good psychological work for students Nowadays, adolescent students face many psychological problems, such as: learning pressure, interpersonal relationship, adolescent troubles, "early love", family generation gap. Therefore, when considering how to teach good students, we must also consider the psychological aspects of these students.
During the internship for more than a month, I found that although they all attended English tutoring classes during the summer vacation, it was not an easy task for them. It was no easier than at school. Some students instead There is more pressure. Some are in order to better adapt to the learning that they have not touched before in a good school, and some students have more clear goals. In order to go to a prestigious school, they choose this English-oriented remedial class that focuses on teaching methods.
Therefore, many students will often talk to me about their emotions in spare time and tell me their thoughts. Some people have pressure from parents and pressure from learning. Some people often complain that they have a bad relationship with their classmates. Of course, some students are not willing to tell you his true thoughts. I have slowly found some problems with them through normal contact. After I went online to inquire and consulted the instructor, I also helped some of my classmates to get some guidance and got some experience.
The first thing to do is to really understand the students. The prerequisite for educating students is to understand the students and to understand the students' history, family background and current situation. At the same time, it is necessary to understand that students must have more contact with students and listen to the voices of students. Only by being a close friend of students can we know the true thoughts of students. Second, the teacher must respect and trust the students. Finally, although I encountered a lot of difficulties during the internship, it still gave me unlimited fun. As a group of children who have not yet grown up, their innocence and innocence deeply touched me and happy me, let me experience the laughter of a long lost childhood. In addition, students have become friends with them, sharing happiness and sorrow with me every day, and truly enjoying the joy of a successful teacher.
Through this short one-month internship, I really realized the joy and troubles of being a teacher, and I found out how glorious and proud I am as a teacher.
