First, there are problems

Second, the cause of the problem

1. The professional business knowledge is not fully understood, and the work business capability needs to be further strengthened. There is a kind of thinking that is satisfied with the current level. The need for business in the municipal party committee is that the business is precise, the knowledge is comprehensive, the policy level is high, and the theoretical level is strong. The lack of attention is not enough, which leads to the low quality of the writing office, and sometimes even The phenomenon of mistakes.

2. Insufficient work initiative and lack of awareness of service ahead. It is the sense of responsibility and responsibility that is not strong enough. Therefore, there is a lack of response measures when unexpected things appear in actual work, resulting in passive work, dissatisfaction among leaders, grassroots and the public.

3. There is not enough communication and communication with comrades and grassroots. As a result, misunderstandings have arisen between comrades, especially when it comes to some things that work for the grassroots. Due to insufficient communication, it brings some inconvenience to the grassroots staff. The main reason is that when things are not considered, sometimes the methods and methods of doing things are not flexible enough, and they usually do not know enough to care about the grassroots.

4. Go deep into the grassroots to understand the situation, serve the grassroots, and guide the grassroots. Mainly in daily work, there are few questions about the grassroots units and less concern. The reason is that the mindset of the people, the heart of the grassroots, the service of the people, the grassroots ideology is weak, and the level of service for the grassroots needs to be improved.

5. The concept of party spirit is not strong enough. The main reason is the lack of strict inner-party life exercise, the failure to clean up their own thoughts, the reflection of their own behaviors, and the unconscious initiative to solicit opinions from the public and accept the supervision of the people. Therefore, in terms of strict implementation of the party's discipline, the standards are not high, and the requirements are not strict. Coupled with the influence of the social climate, sometimes it is not strictly done in the grassroots office, and it is considered to be human nature. Feelings, these all reflect the lack of self-consciousness in strengthening party spirit and transforming the subjective world.

Third, rectification measures

1. Further strengthen political and ideological concepts and enhance service awareness. Strengthen the study of political theory, constantly use Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Mao Zedong's theory on the public servants of the people to transform the world outlook and outlook on life, consciously strengthen party spirit, maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Communists, recognize their responsibilities, base their duties, and study hard. 2. Strengthen study and improve work ability and overall quality. In the future, we must strengthen business learning, formulate practical learning plans and systems, learn the level of business knowledge that is conducive to improvement, consciously and painstakingly study the business, continuously improve the quality of the office, improve their overall quality, and enhance their well-being. The ability to work.
