Personal rectification measures

In the advanced nature education activities, I systematically studied the "Reading the Party Member's Advancement Education" and General Secretary Hu Jintao's "Speech at the Special Report on Maintaining the Advancement of Communist Party Members in the New Era" and an important speech during the inspection work in Guizhou. After a series of archival spirits, the ideological understanding has been further improved. Through the analysis and appraisal activities in the previous paragraph, the self-seeking, the public, and the higher-level points, in contrast to the advanced standards of the Communist Party members in the new era, especially the requirements for party members and leading cadres, there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved.

First, the main problems of the advanced nature

1. Ideas need to be further updated. Work in accordance with the rules, step by step, not seeking comprehensive development, lack of initiative and creativity, satisfied with coping with their own work, not seeking excellence, not seeking merit, but seeking nothing.

2, the ability of vegetarianism is not suitable. Knowledge overdraft, lack of ability, relaxed self-learning, neglected the cultivation of knowledge ability, and the consciousness, initiative and enthusiasm of learning are not strong. I didn't take the time to learn, I found myself an objective reason, relaxed myself, and scorned theoretical study, which made the theoretical literacy unable to keep up with the development of the situation, and the overall situation was not thorough enough.

3. Sometimes committing liberalism. Seeing a few unhealthy phenomena in the society, arbitrarily arguing regardless of the occasion, relaxed self-requirement.

4. Business knowledge must be further enhanced. The existing knowledge is not suitable for the current work, and the business knowledge related to the job is not enough.

5. Insufficient innovation at work. When you work, you can't open it. The spirit of daring to endure hardship and hard work is not strong.

Second, the guiding ideology of rectification

Adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", closely focus on the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, connect with reality, thoroughly study and practice the important thinking of the "Three Represents", effectively solve its own problems, and further enhance its advanced Sexual awareness, clearing the standards of advanced nature, practicing the requirements of advanced nature, establishing an advanced image, improving the quality, serving the people, and promoting work.

Third, the task objectives of rectification

1. Enhance party consciousness and strengthen ideals and beliefs. Consciously study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, especially to seriously study and practice the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and to carry out learning throughout.

2. Enhance the concept of purpose and serve the people wholeheartedly. Always regard public satisfaction and dissatisfaction as the highest goal of work.

3. Comply with the party's charter, strictly abide by the party's discipline, abide by the company's rules and regulations, and consciously safeguard the corporate image.

4. Improve business ability and efficiency, and be proficient in the relevant laws, regulations and work procedures of the industry and the department.

5. Advance with the times, update concepts, be good at innovation, and constantly make new achievements.

Fourth, rectification measures and methods

1. Strengthen learning and improve your own quality. Seriously study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, study and practice the three important ideas, study science and culture knowledge diligently, and constantly improve their own quality and ideological and cultural qualities.

2. Keep in mind the party's purpose and strictly demand yourself. We must abide by the party's statutes at all times, conscientiously fulfill the obligations of party members, actively participate in the party's organizational activities, unite comrades to consciously safeguard the party's image, and maintain a high degree of unity with the party organizations in terms of ideology, actions, and words and deeds.

3. Enhance the sense of innovation and work hard to be the first. Advance with the times, develop and innovate, further update concepts, work boldly, diligently think at work, find more problems, find more ways, change style, work hard, strive to be a model of practicing professional ethics, and strive to be a pioneer member.

4. Strengthen moral cultivation and establish a civilized image. Take the lead in advocating and practicing the new style of communist civilization, dedication and love, dedication, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, diligent work, and a model of practicing professional ethics.
