First, the problems and deficiencies

1. The level of political theory is not high. It is very difficult and stressful to carry out procuratorial political work. The main performances are as follows: First, there is no political theory study for organizing the police in the whole hospital. There are not many methods, measures are not appropriate, and the form is not flexible. They are still staying in the conference. Before organizing the study, it was not enough to report to the Attorney General and the leaders in charge. There was not much communication and the preparation was insufficient. When presiding over some meetings, there are more places that are lacking, lack of experience, poor ability to respond on the spot, and poor language skills. Second, the ability to write in writing is poor. Over the past year or so, under the guidance of leaders, especially the Attorney General, the training of writing skills has been strengthened. There has been some improvement, but the improvement is not big, and the requirements for working in the Political Department are very different. It is impossible to sum up the good experience in the work in time and reflect the "bright spots" of the procuratorial work.

2. The level of procuratorial theory is not high. The main manifestations are as follows: First, there is no good integration between the political work and the procuratorial work. There is still a gap between the law enforcement ideology, the law enforcement concept, the law enforcement level, the strengthening of legal supervision, and the maintenance of fairness and justice. The need for the task, the awareness of the overall situation is not strong enough. Second, the enthusiasm for learning is not high, especially self-study. Not enough to learn new judicial interpretations and new ideas.

3. Leadership is poor and coordination is weak. The main performances are as follows: First, in the specific affairs of completing the leadership assignment, the completion is not satisfied enough and the completion is not good enough. I don’t think about it beforehand, I always regret it afterwards and blame myself. Second, people who are close to middle age, sometimes can't control their emotions when they are dealing with some things, and they are not mature enough. The working method is simple and there are not many ideas. Third, there are no new measures in the construction of the team, and there are not many ways. The fourth is to talk less with the police and not have the mentality of the police. Although I sometimes saw some problems in the police, I did not report to the main leaders in time.

Second, the direction of efforts

1. Be serious and calm down to learn some knowledge, improve your political processing theory and procuratorial business knowledge. Further strengthen the study of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, unify the law enforcement thinking, improve the level of law enforcement, and update the concept of law enforcement.

2. Adhere to the guidance of the important thinking of the 'Three Represents', continue to do a good job in procuratorial team education, do a good job in various educational activities, and continuously improve the overall quality of the procuratorial team.

3. Seriously organize Friday's political theory study. Focus on learning methods, measures and effects. Strengthen the exercise of writing skills and strive to make progress. Strengthen the dialogue with the police, strive to grasp the ideological dynamics of the police in a timely manner, and make breakthroughs in team building. Actively report to the in charge of leaders and key leaders, and strengthen communication and contact with leaders.

4. Strengthen procedural professional ethics and keep in mind the loyalty, fairness, honesty, and strict prosecutors' professional ethics, and build an ideological and moral defense line. Education police consciously use the correct things to resist the wrong things, restrain themselves, regulate themselves, and prevent themselves. Not before.
