Third, the content of integrated law enforcement inspection
The employer handles the registration of employment registration;
The employer and the laborer sign, perform and terminate the labor contract, publicize and implement the "Labor Contract Law" and the implementation of the labor contract three-year action plan;
The employer pays the wages and implements the three basic management systems of the wage payment system, the wage guideline and the minimum wage system;
Employers participate in and pay various social insurance situations;
Implementation of the vocational qualification certificate admission system and implementation of the vocational qualification training system;
The employer complies with the prohibition on the use of child labor;
The employer complies with the regulations on special labor protection for female employees and juvenile workers;
The employer complies with the regulations on working hours and rest and vacation;
The employer shall formulate internal labor security rules and regulations;
Other labor security supervision matters stipulated by laws and regulations.
Fourth, work requirements
Fully understand the seriousness of the integrated law enforcement plan.
