During the winter vacation , in order to exercise my body and implement my weight loss program, I wanted to practice a sport. Dad suggested that I go to play basketball. I thought: "Playing basketball not only enhances physical fitness, but also grows." So I decided to let this grandfather teach me to play basketball.

The weather was good this day. I took my grandfather’s hand and went to the basketball court of the health school. On the way, I am excited and worried. I am excited because I have never played basketball. This is the first time, it must be very exciting. I am worried that I am too small now. The distance between the man and the basket is too big. Going in is a problem. But I also thought: "As the saying goes, the aspirations are not high in the year. Isn't this saying that 'exercise is not high?'" Then he ran to the basketball court.

I came to the playground of the school because it was like a hibernation during the winter vacation . It was empty. I started practicing the ball. My grandfather started with the most basic dribbling, walking, and pitching, and gave me a demonstration. Finally, let me practice one action and one action. In practice, I have no intention of practicing dribbling and walking, just wanting to pitch.

I lifted the ball and aimed at the basket. The first ball fell off the basket and didn't reach the basket until the sixth ball. I was discouraged and violently dropped the ball to the ground. The ball entered with magic. The ball that fell from the basket bounced on the ground, as if to say, "Don't be discouraged, everything is difficult at the beginning!" "I immediately became confident and started practicing again."

Now, the winter vacation has passed, but my love for basketball has not changed, but there is no more time to practice, but as long as the weather is good, time allows, I will go to play basketball.
