Planning Department Annual Work Plan

In order to better perform the functions of the department, fully mobilize internal initiative and coordinate with other departments and sub-stations, the general arrangements for the work of the Department for the year of 2005-06 are as follows:

Mainly responsible for:

1. Plan the general station activities of the counseling station, and strive to help the university students to understand themselves more and accept themselves, and solve their psychological confusion in a proper way. Regular activities include mental health activity month and “5.25” National College Student Mental Health Day.

2. Assist the sub-station to make a plan for the activities according to the characteristics of the college. If the event is more successful, promote it to the whole school.

3. Strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and cooperate with them to formulate plans for contacting the brother schools or sponsoring them accordingly.

4. Do a good job of uploading and releasing the terminus, and timely distribute the opinions and suggestions of the teachers and the webmasters according to the situation of each department and submit them to the office for coordination.

The Minister and the Deputy Minister worked together. Everyone discussed more exchanges. The work of each person is now set as follows:

Ministerial duties:

1. Responsible for planning the general activities of the next semester

2. Strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and cooperate with them to formulate plans for contacting the brother schools or sponsoring them accordingly.

3. Coordinate the activities of each substation and the terminus, and learn from the experience of the substation in time to promote the whole school.

Deputy Minister’s duties:

1. Do a good job of uploading and releasing the terminus, and timely distribute the opinions and suggestions of the teachers and the webmasters according to the situation of each department and submit them to the office for coordination.

2. The assessment and management of the officers and the minutes of the meeting, the activities organized by each terminus will be summarized and uploaded to the psychological online website in time.

3. Responsible for planning the text organization and editing work in the later stage of the case.

Deputy Minister:

1. Assist the sub-station to make a plan for the activities according to the characteristics of the college. If the event is more successful, promote it to the whole school.

2. Responsible for the contact with the sub-station organization planning department and the specific upload and release work.
