First, deepen the study, propaganda and implementation of the important thinking of the "three represents" and the basic theoretical knowledge of the party, and improve the overall quality of the members.

Organize youth members to carry out group knowledge learning, carry out various forms of knowledge competition, exchanges and other activities, and arm the majority of youth members with Deng Xiaoping Theory. Through the theme discussion and other activities of the Youth League Branch , the young members of the Youth League will be guided to study the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the basic theoretical knowledge of the Party, and help the youth of the Communist Youth League to deeply understand the scientific connotation and spiritual essence of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and improve their members. The ideological and political quality enhances the political and ideological realm of the members.
