The weakest thing in freshman year is the understanding of party knowledge. Party school training, as well as a series of studies, is not well overcome. As for the party organization life, although I wrote the activities of sweeping the grave, there is also the planning of the "Long March" on foot, but it has not been implemented. I participated in two new schools to welcome new students. The sophomore is to welcome new students as a member of the student union. It is an improvement. When I was a junior, I was assigned by the teacher to be the person in charge of the group. Later party organizations arranged for us to enter the freshman bedroom. When I was a sophomore, I also entered the new bedroom, but at that time, because of the arrangement and lack of experience, the work was not done very well. This time, I entered the new bedroom, absorbed the previous experience and lessons, and seriously took the freshmen to adapt to the new life and learning environment, to give them a place to pay attention, and answer their questions and confusion. Getting along with them has taught me to be careful and patient, and important to help others while also improving myself. Some of the experiences of the year in the branch left a deep impression on my memory.
