I have not achieved much in my work in XX. However, with the help of the leaders of the section and colleagues, I successfully completed this year's work. First, the ideological aspect

I am strict with my thoughts and love the extremely ordinary position of the lathe. Special respect for the masters, use them as role models for their own learning. Over the past year, I have carefully studied theoretical knowledge, linked the knowledge and practice of learning to books, and strived to improve my business standards. Strictly abide by various rules and regulations, respect leadership, unite comrades, be modest and prudent, take the initiative to accept opinions from all sides, and strengthen self-cultivation to maintain a clear mood and open-minded mood. I often say to myself: Skill leaders are highly praised and honored by leaders and colleagues, and consciously empathy learns to understand and tolerate. Assisting the construction section to complete the urgent work of the lathe, the processing of the difficult parts, and the interests of the enterprise are above all else.

Second, the performance of the past year

Strengthen the image and improve its own quality. Correctly understand your own work and values, correctly handle the relationship between suffering and happiness, gain and loss, personal interests and collective interests, adhere to dedication, honesty and dedication, carefully study the strengths of others, change their own deficiencies, and humbly ask leaders and colleagues In the continuous learning and exploration, I have improved myself in my work. In XX, 40 thin-walled long taper sleeves were processed. The thinnest wall thickness is about 5mm and the length is 180mm. After the drying, the chamfering of the surface is a problem. The usual method is to not beat, or to dry a nut. The tire is fitted with a thread on the thin-walled sleeve to chamfer. 40 live hits are not realistic, the thread fit not only has a gap, but also when the chamfer is turned down, it does not hurt the finish of the thin-walled outer diameter. At this time, I have to find a way. I tried to process an inner diameter with a taper that matches the outer diameter of the thin-walled sleeve. Most of the length of the thin-walled sleeve is placed within this tire as much as possible, leaving a length of 30 mm outside the tire. Used for chamfering and unloading jobs. The taper fits a little and makes it hard to get stuck. When it's done, it will be down with a stick and the 40 thin-walled sleeves will be chamfered in less than half an hour.

Strictly disciplined, and constantly strengthen the style of work. In the past year, I have strictly demanded myself, and always regard the endurance of being dull, willing to pay, and obscurity as my own criteria. I always focus my work on rigorous, meticulous, solid, realistic and down-to-earth. In case of urgent dispatch, the accident piece will be on call at noon or at night. Teaching the apprentice is another task assigned by the section, saying that the heart is living under the cruel assessment system. The apprentice will only make himself feel more tired, especially affecting the completion of his full-month mission, and there are many follow-up troubles to wait for. You are here, so not many people are willing to bring apprentices. Under this circumstance, the apprentices I brought were doing well after my top post, and the leaders and colleagues also gave a good evaluation.

Third, the lack of work and future efforts

Although the work in the past year has achieved certain results, there are still some shortcomings. In the future work, I must seriously summarize the experience, overcome the deficiencies, and work hard to make the work better.
