In the month of September 2009, I was very honored to be assigned to work as a university student village cadre. It’s been almost a year in a blink of an eye. In the busy and happy work, I always keep my responsibilities and missions in mind, and I am committed to my work with full enthusiasm and full of passion. At the same time, I also deeply felt the care and love of the leaders, as well as the guidance and support for my work. I also realized the enthusiasm of the villagers and the care of the fellows, which made me feel a little warm in a strange place. Let’s briefly summarize the work of the year.

First of all, correctly understand the role of college student cadres.

The key to working in the countryside is to deal with the people. Among them, there are reasonable and unreasonable ones; there are some problems such as thinking ahead and thinking conservative. Therefore, in the work only, the old cadres and old party members in the village are constantly learning and accumulating rural knowledge and work experience. During this time, the members of the two committees of the village gave me great help and support. They are my mentor and let me learn a lot.

Since I joined the village, I have found that I need to know too much about doing rural work. I also understand that rural work is far less simple than I think. Rural work involves great complexity and contradiction. Although the villagers are a bit more simple than the city people, a little more sincere, a little more kind. However, the relationship between villagers and village committees and villagers is intertwined and closely related. When dealing with these issues, we must know the village conditions, solve the public opinion, and the people's feelings. As a "village official", it is necessary to deal directly with the people, directly contact the national economy and the people's livelihood, and do good things for the people. To solve problems for the people and to seek prosperity and development is to solve problems for the country and seek development for the country. This is truly a contribution to promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a new socialist countryside. As a young man with certain cultural knowledge and enthusiasm in the 21st century, we are an opportunity to showcase our talents and release our passion. Facing the villages that are in urgent need of development, facing a sincere and simple face, I secretly promised in my heart that for these good and honest fellows, for this opportunity, I will give full play to myself and show that I have exhausted myself. Do your best to do your own work.

Second, we will continue to learn all aspects of knowledge and improve our own quality so that we can do our job to serve the rural areas.

When I came to work in the countryside, I realized that the knowledge I have learned still has certain limitations and is not broad enough. Especially in some aspects, such as the laws and regulations on rural areas, the construction of party style and clean government are still very scarce. Therefore, I realized that under the premise of doing my job well, I must continue to charge and learn all kinds of knowledge about rural work in order to be able to do my future work. Fortunately, there are various newspapers and magazines in the village, which will facilitate me to obtain timely information on various political affairs and various relevant policies and trends in the country and the province. Taking advantage of my work, I carefully read newspapers and magazines such as Henan Daily, Sanmenxia Daily, Science and Technology News, and Western Morning Wind, and made study notes on important content and theoretical knowledge. Secondly, at the expense of studying the relevant laws: a series of legal knowledge such as the Civil Dispute Mediation Law, the Labor and Social Security Law, and the Civil Procedure Law, so that they can exercise their duties according to law in the course of their work.

Our village has a cultural and entertainment center and a distance education center. Every day, villagers come here for entertainment. They often tell me about the situation in the village, talk about the living conditions of the people in the village, let me have some understanding of the general situation in the village, which will greatly promote and help me to work, I will continue as always. To the secretary, the director, the other members of the two teams, the old party members in the village, and the old people humbly ask for advice, their life experience and work experience are enough for me to experience for a lifetime. Through the remote network, we have systematically and comprehensively studied the spirit of the 17th National Congress, the construction of a new countryside, the construction of a clean and honest government, and the development of science and technology. This is like a student who has just entered the rural area, as if it is in the snow, warm and timely. And it has benefited us a lot.

Third, since I have been in the village, I am mainly responsible for and involved in some practical work.

When I came to the village for half a year, I also participated in a lot of work. Although they are all small things, life is actually a collection of countless little things, and the value of life is reflected in the little things. "Not as fast as a thousand miles!" After I entered the village, my independent work mainly consisted of party members' distance education receiving stations and broadcasters. The former is mainly responsible for the management of distance education equipment and the summarization of related materials. It also organizes the party members and cadres in the village to learn related courses and do a good job in distance education learning. The broadcasting work is mainly to publicize information, policies and regulations, and party members' meetings to the villagers. Being able to provide the villagers with the latest agricultural consultations, scientific and technological information, etc., work hard, but sweet.

In this year's 6th election of the village committee, I was honored to be elected as the deputy director of the village committee. This shows that my efforts have not been in vain, and my work has been recognized by the people. I am also very grateful to the people for their trust in me and can give me such a platform. So I will work harder and I will prove it with practical actions. Everything is based on the interests of the people, for the benefit of the people, and for the development of the village. I will create and realize my grand blueprint in this small space.

Time flies, just fight for the day. Looking back on the work in the past year, I feel that I have made new progress and new achievements in my thoughts, studies, and work. This is inseparable from the villagers' predecessors. But I also deeply understand that I still have problems with lack of practical experience. In short, I must strictly follow my own work and study in the future, starting from the little things around me, constantly strengthening the practice, overcoming shortcomings and making up for the shortcomings. Efforts will be made to assist leaders at all levels to complete various tasks and strive to create new and greater achievements in the job of the village official assistant! In the past year, I have really felt that the construction of a new countryside is a long way to go. Although the village cadres work hard and tired, it is an important stage to enrich our experience and experience our lives. I deeply feel the responsibility and glory of being a university student village cadre. I will be more determined in the future.
