First, the basic situation strengthens leadership, unifies thinking, meticulously organizes, and implements the responsibility system. In various forms, the opinions and suggestions of the community and the public are widely sought. Strengthen communication and actively assist the evaluation team to carry out the evaluation work. Since the launch of the democratic appraisal campaign, we have strengthened communication with the city's industry assessment team and actively cooperated with the mission to conduct evaluations on the civil affairs system through various forms. In order to make the members of the delegation more in-depth understanding of the work function and basic situation of the civil affairs system, on September 3, the Civil Affairs Bureau held a symposium on the work report of the construction work, and reviewed the leaders of the Municipal Correctional Office and nearly 40 behaviors. After the city's preliminary assessment meeting on September 21, the party group quickly held a special meeting to find out the problems, analyze the reasons, and study and formulate corrective measures in response to the opinions and suggestions reflected by the people. By sorting out 28 opinions and suggestions, they are summarized into 11 items, with a focus on six aspects. In this regard, the "Zhuhai Civil Affairs Bureau democratic appraisal and rectification plan" and the "rehabilitation task list" were formulated, and the responsible units, responsible leaders, rectification purposes and work requirements were clearly defined and distributed to various departments, subordinate units and districts. The bureau requires all units to take the work of reviewing and rectifying the work as a major and important task, and earnestly grasp the work, be realistic, see results, and not go through the game. In order to solve the hot and difficult problems that the people have strongly reflected, we have also set up six task forces composed of the leaders of the bureau, the heads of relevant departments and subordinate units, and the members of the Bureau of the Office, responsible for social relief, social welfare, funeral and burial. Six topics on management, civil organization management, marriage registration management and community construction management were investigated in depth, and effective solutions and rectification measures were proposed. The efforts to rectify these key issues were intensified and efforts were made to give the people a satisfactory answer.
