In 2019, the birth of the prosperous world coincided with the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and it was also the 25th Teacher's Day in China. This year, I was recommended by the school and Gaogang District Education Bureau to participate in the selection of “National Excellent Teachers”. The opportunity is to pay attention to my “hairy boy” and I was selected as “lucky”. When I heard about this message, I couldn't believe it. When I saw the approval on the website of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, I realized that this is true. Temporary excitement is hard to hide my heart, because I know that although I have made some efforts and achieved some results under the care and support of the school leaders, I know that all these are from the "national outstanding teachers". Glorious titles are still far apart! When I calm down, I know that this honor is not only affirmation, but more responsibility and obligation. I think that in the years to come, I have no reason not to dedicate my life to my chosen career! On September 15, 2019, a group of seven people from Taizhou, Jingjiang and Gaogang, under the leadership of the Director of the Taizhou Municipal Education Bureau, Yan Ai, went to the paradise on earth, Suzhou, to work. This is the first time that Taizhou City has organized the school-level cadres of Chinese small and vocational schools to go to work in southern Jiangsu to study the advanced experience and ideas of the southern part of Jiangsu Province for more than two months. I am fortunate to be one of them. This is also the second time that I went out of Taizhou after I went to Xinjiang in XX. If it is said that going to Xinjiang is more of a role as a mentor, then going to Suzhou this time is completely a learner.

I and Li Jiangfeng, the headmaster of Jingjiang Chengbei, stayed in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, for a more than two months of unforgettable appointments. During the period of the small period, in accordance with the requirements of the director of the Songzhou Municipal Education Bureau Song Luyin, we "deeply observe, sincerely exchange, carefully experience, meticulously sum up", study hard, have a lot of their own feelings, and have a lot of gains. I wrote nearly 20 articles on the job, published 7 essays on the website of Taizhou City and Gaogang District Education Bureau, and published 3 essays on the Suzhou Group's job postings, and wrote down more than 50,000 words.

This year, I joined the Taizhou National Primary School of Mathematics. In this year, I published a total of five articles. In this year, I was in the province’s “Teaching the Sea” and the provincial “Teaching Cup” essay evaluation. I won the third prize in this year; in this year, I published more than ten articles on the website of the Gaogang District Education Bureau; this year, I was rated as a “three-star” teacher by the Gaogang District Education Bureau and was educated by the Taizhou Municipal Education Bureau. The class was named the youngest “discipline leader” in Taizhou.
