2019 coach personal summary

Since taking over the boxing gymnasium in 2009, I have been actively participating in various activities while fully operating the boxing gym and successfully fulfilling the business and teaching tasks delivered by the company. It is summarized as follows:

In March, Mr. Kang Gewu's notice was sent to Shunde, Guangdong to participate in the shooting of Chen Style Taijiquan in the series of Chinese martial arts. This is an important event in the development of Chen Taijiquan, so I am both excited and responsible. Later, I went to Beijing to carry out the revision and exercise of the tutorial, so that the new segment technology can be scientific and perfect.

In April, I was awarded the title of “Youth Model” in the “I am working hard with Jiaozuo – looking for the example of youth to commemorate the May Fourth series” organized by the Jiaozuo Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.

At the beginning of May, I went to Kunming, Yunnan, to participate in the first Southwestern Chen’s Taijiquan Advanced Training Class. With broad guiding ideology, the company held a training class in Kunming to promote Taijiquan. As one of the head coaches, I actively prepared and taught in the teaching, and successfully completed the teaching tasks, which was highly praised and praised by the students.

On May 23, I went to Hong Kong to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Hong Kong Chen Style Taijiquan General Assembly for four years and the second session of the Executive Committee and re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Chen Style Taijiquan General Assembly. The influence of the Hong Kong-style Taijiquan General Assembly is quite large, and it has done a lot of work in promoting and popularizing Taijiquan. This re-election will enable him to better disseminate Chen Taijiquan in his future work and realize the grand goal of "promoting Taiji and benefiting mankind."

On June 13th, in order to promote the better development of Chen’s Taijiquan in the local area, the influence of the boxing hall was expanded. Ni Shiqing held the third anniversary of the opening ceremony and was invited to Hefei to participate in the third anniversary of the opening of the Hefei Chenji Taijiquan Hall. He supported the development of the brothers and actively promoted our August training class. After Ni Shiqing, a total of 8 people attended the Zhengzhou August training. class.

At the end of June, he and Xia Ping, Chairman of the Taizhou Wushu Association, went to Singapore to participate in the event and give lectures. In order to promote Chen’s boxing as the standard Chen’s Taijiquan, the promotion and popularization in Singapore played a driving role and laid a certain foundation.

From August 6th to 10th, he participated in the first national martial arts stage system series training course at Henan University and served as the Chen Style Taijiquan class coach. This training gathered the elites of the academic school. Through training, I gained experience and laid the foundation for the promotion of Chen style Taijiquan segment technology.

In late August, he participated in the 11th International Chen Taijiquan Advanced Training Class as a disciple coach. This year's training class is because the teacher Chen is not in the country, can not come to the training class, so the team of coaches with Chen Bin as the core should be more than ten times the effort and sweat to make this training class better. From the results, the training course was successful.

On August 30th, the 2019 China Henan Taijiquan Culture Seminar was awarded the “International Taijiquan Culture Communication Ambassador” by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

On September 4th, he was added as the deputy secretary general of the association at the chairman meeting of the Chenshi Taijiquan Association of Henan Province. I can get the trust of organizations and leaders, and I feel more responsible. The task of promoting and popularizing Chen’s Taijiquan is even heavier. In the future, I will redouble my efforts to do well in the training of the association and make my due contribution to the development of the association. .

On September 9th, as a special guest, he was invited to participate in the China Qingzhou International Taijiquan Exchange Competition hosted by the National Wushu Management Center and participated in famous performances. The development of Chen Taijiquan in Guizhou is a relatively weak province and city. This contest is a good start for the development of Taijiquan in the local area, and also laid the foundation for the popularization of Chen Taijiquan in the southwest region.

From October 29th to November 16th, at the invitation of the French Taiji Institute, I went to the middle and south of France to give lectures and received good results. This French lecture is more about beginners, so that more people can appreciate and know Chen's Tai Chi. Let them benefit from Chen's Taijiquan. Through personal efforts, Chen's Taijiquan has a more extensive training foundation in France, which has opened a good start for further promotion.

From December 20th to 25th, he was appointed as the head coach of the first Chen's Taijiquan technical training class in Henan Province jointly organized by Henan Wushu Sports Management Center and Henan Chenshi Taijiquan Association. This training course was organized after the National Wushu Research Institute developed a perfect theory and teaching program. In order to promote and popularize the Chen Style Taijiquan segment as early as possible, the Association has organized a targeted training course. From the actual effect, the training course was successful. It has accumulated experience for the organization of similar training courses in the future and laid the foundation.

On December 31, I went to Guangzhou to participate in the 3rd Chen’s Taijiquan Advanced Training Class in South China and served as the head coach of the pusher class.

Looking back on 2009, there are hardships of rushing, heavy fatigue, and sweetness of harvest and joy of success. It is not only responsible for carrying forward the ethics of Taiji, but also exhausting the energy of life, working hard for the great development of the great industry and great success!
