The renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas is a benefit-mining project that affects the vital interests of thousands of rural residents. In order to conscientiously implement the work arrangements of the provincial and municipal governments on the investigation of rural dilapidated houses, and effectively carry out the investigation of rural dilapidated houses in our district, the district committee and the district government attached great importance to it, and held a working meeting on April 10 to carry out comprehensive deployment. The survey includes the housing types of various types of rural residents, the level of damage to existing rural housing, the housing situation of rural households with different income levels, and the housing of rural disabled families.
Although the investigation time is tight, the scope is wide, and the workload is large, more than 500 investigators from all levels go to the farmer's home from house to household. After 6 days of intense fighting, 47 village committees and 384 villager groups in our district. More than 80,000 rural population, 60,346 sets of 20,000 households, and 6,381,467 square meters of houses were thoroughly and systematically investigated. As of April 16, the survey of rural dangerous houses was completed. The survey results show that there are 27,447 sets of habitable houses that are not earthquake-resistant or dangerous in rural areas, with an area of ​​2,853,392 square meters, 15454 sets of partially-risk houses, 1,514,425 square meters, and 1,706 sets of total dangerous houses and 966,234 square meters, subject to natural disasters. There are 2,175 sets of housing that threaten to be relocated and rebuilt, with 226,978 square meters.
The investigation work provided a strong basis for the future renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas, and laid a solid foundation for the improvement of rural dilapidated houses.
