Village official village work summary and work plan

One year's time has come to an end in our busy and fulfilling work. After entering the village for a year, under the guidance of the township leaders and the leaders of the two village committees, I have gained a deeper understanding and understanding of the nature of rural work. I told Since I have chosen this path, I must be worthy of my choice! In the blink of an eye, we have already bid farewell to us in 2019. We summarize the work in the past year, mainly in the following aspects: First, do our own work, assist the village committees to do a good job in village affairs, and then actively cooperate. In general, the main tasks completed this year are as follows:

First, fight against various disasters. This year, suffering from droughts, floods and snowstorms, I also learned more about the beauty of our peasant people. There are many vegetable greenhouses in our village. A rare snow in decades has crushed many greenhouses in our village. In order to minimize the loss of villagers, I actively responded with the cadres of the two village committees to help the affected farmers. Reconstruction of the greenhouse has been recognized and affirmed by the villagers.

Second, the "4+2" work method is the focus of our work this year. This is a new way of working. Since the implementation, my village has fully utilized this method and solved many problems and problems in our village. The work done through this method includes: low-income household assessment, immigration rescue, food subsidy, fixed asset registration, red and white affairs, ten-star civilized household selection, safe drinking water project, development of party members, etc. All are successfully completed.

Third, the scientific development concept of learning and practice activities. My village actively responded to the call of superiors and seriously studied the party's principles and policies. During the in-depth study of the scientific development concept, our village thoroughly analyzed the current situation and existing problems of our village, and formulated detailed and feasible plans for the future development of our village.

Fourth, prepare for the inspection work, and organize all kinds of materials needed for inspection.

After a year of grassroots work, I have gained a deeper understanding of rural work. In terms of work ability, I have greatly improved my ability to deal with others. In the new year of 2019, I will work harder and let I have a bigger improvement. In order to work better in the new year, I have the following plans for my work in 2019:

First, the first thing my village will do in the new year is to work on road construction to solve the problem of people's travel difficulties; the other is land rectification work.

Second, I will continue to serve the people better and do my best to solve problems for the people.

Third, seriously cooperate with the work arrangement of the work area.

Fourth, actively cooperate with the work of the two committees of the village to do a good job in the village affairs of the village.
