Since the promotion of the “4+2” work method in the province in June, the two committees of our village have actively called for the higher level to seriously study the content and role of the “4+2” work method, and thoroughly implement the application of this work method. One year's work has made me grow a lot. Under the care and guidance of my village party secretary and town leaders, I have obviously improved my work ability and people's handling. In the past year, my biggest achievement has been more in-depth. I got to know the rural areas and got to know the lovely farmers more clearly. At the moment when I retired from the old age to welcome the New Year, I was thinking, what should I do in 2019, how can I better serve the villagers, in order to be new?
