The total population of the village is 2016, 520 households and 6 resident groups. There are 5 party groups under the village party branch and 54 party members. The village is a typical mountainous area, mainly planted, supplemented by aquaculture. The traffic in the village is inconvenient, the information is blocked, the young and strong laborers go out to work more, and the majority of women in the village are elderly. The total income of the rural economy is in the middle of the town.

As a college student who has just stepped out of the school and entered the grassroots level, the professional knowledge is not right, the rural situation is unfamiliar, the social experience is not rich, and some inevitable difficulties are holding us. In the work, the first is to learn from the leaders and village committee cadres, learn how to analyze problems and solve problems, and constantly improve their ability to work. The second is to strengthen theoretical study and improve their theoretical level. Every day, I insist on watching the news, updating and expanding knowledge; earnestly studying the political laws and regulations of the party and the state, learning agricultural professional knowledge, reading newspapers and periodicals on books on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and striving to improve their political literacy. The third is to learn from party members and peasants and learn their practical experience.

Third, earnestly go deep into the countryside and really close to the people.

In terms of work, I strictly demand myself and actively participate in all aspects of the work in the village. In the past few months, I have actively participated in various work in the village. From this, I feel the cumbersomeness and hardship of the village work, but at the same time I am familiar with the rural work, which requires responsibility and patience.
