Leishan Village is located in the southeast of Xiwu Street in Fenghua City. It is at the junction of Wuhu Town and has three natural villages, namely Lili, Water Tower and Half Pavilion. First, adjust the organization, strengthen leadership, and raise awareness and attention to the comprehensive management work.

According to the work experience in recent years, the effectiveness of the comprehensive management work depends mainly on the ability of grassroots information workers and the leaders of various streets. In order to strengthen the leadership of the comprehensive management work, at the meeting of the two committees at the beginning of this year, members of the comprehensive management organizations of last year were seriously considered and partially adjusted to enrich the leadership. In addition to the disputes arising from the normal occurrence of the mountain field in the forest reform, a total of three major contradictions and disputes were investigated and dealt with, including mountain disputes, family disputes, and neighborhood disputes. A training of information workers was conducted throughout the year. Although some achievements have been made, there are also aspects that need to be improved. Such as:

1. The scope of legal propaganda is not wide enough, the intensity is not large enough, and the applicability is not strong enough.

3. The activities of the Legal Publicity Month were not enthusiastic enough and did not achieve the intended purpose.

4. The role of legal informants, mediation informants, petition informants, etc. has not yet been fully realized, and work enthusiasm has not yet been stimulated. Many things still need to be solved by a few people.
