1. Since Shaozhuang Village took office, I actively participated in the village party committee and village representative meeting, did a good job of “software” in the village, and compiled the minutes of the party branch meeting and village committee meeting in the village; Work, such as the environmental sanitation system of Shaozhuang Village Committee and various notifications in the village; sorting and classifying the various materials in the village to gradually standardize the work in the village; and actively communicate with party members and village representatives to truly understand the village conditions and public opinion, so that I can give the village a rational proposal for the two committees. As a university student village official, it has naturally become a bridge between the government and the village. Since I took office, I have actively reported the basic situation of the village to the relevant leaders in the town, so that the superior leaders can keep abreast of the situation in the village.

2. Do a good job in the logistics park. The preparatory work for the logistics park project is rather cumbersome. As most of our villages are planned to enter the logistics blueprint, the corresponding demolition and other related work is more, under the leadership of the old leaders of the village, often go to the village to deal with related issues. Of course, I also have some shortcomings. The theoretical level needs to be further improved. The study needs to be further strengthened. The lack of rural work experience and skills needs to be further improved in the future. Understand the village conditions and public opinion; correctly handle the relationship between work and life. But I have grown a lot.
