Fuzhuang Village is located at the junction of three counties of Xiangyang, Neihuang and Huaxian counties, 2 km south of 106 National Highway, 38 km north of Neihuang County, 2.5 km of Zhongzhao Township Government, and adjacent to Xinxi Township of Shuyang County in the east and south. It is bordered by the four houses of Huaxian County, so it is called “one foot, three counties”. According to the records of the village temple, the old name was Fujiazhuang. I used 232 households in the village. I spent all two months visiting. As the saying goes: The eyes of the people are bright, and the villagers have the most say in the village. Through the forms of visits, chats, questionnaires, etc., I have already remembered the streets and the streets of Fuzhuang Village.

Choosing a team of two committees to strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations

After the village, in the face of the "two committees" of Fuzhuang Village, the construction of grassroots organizations, etc., first of all, together with the township election leadership group, specifically responsible for the organization and construction of Zhuangcun; the second is to take visits, seminars, etc. The villagers conducted a survey on the current situation of the village and the opinions and suggestions for the work in the future; the third was to have a discussion with the members of the "two committees" of the original village, and to conduct individual interviews with the old village chiefs, old party members, celebrities and representatives of the people to understand the village. Since I was in the village, I have been working hard to focus on the interests of the people, and I have tried my best to help the people solve hot and difficult problems. With the support of the relevant units and people from all walks of life, the people in need have been helped to solve some practical difficulties: First, they actively coordinated with the Bureau of Commerce, funded and rebuilt a 60-square-meter Huimin supermarket with a full range of business, and strived for a subsidy of 5,000 yuan. Second, coordinate with the Health Bureau, strive for 20,000 yuan of policy subsidy, plan to invest 35,000 yuan, build a standardized village-level health room; third, help the villagers to introduce 1200 trees in the greenhouse, and raise funds to build 5 greenhouses; The fourth is to help the people to win the subsidies for wheat varieties of 16,000 yuan; the fifth is to raise funds to set up street lights 36 baht, investing 18,000 yuan; the sixth is to call back the organization department, the Women's Federation's call, to rescue a special child, to buy a schoolbag, Stationery and other school supplies, and often go home to tutor in the evening.

As a person with a bachelor's degree and working in the government for more than 20 years, I now face the grassroots work at the village level. Compared with other resident comrades in the village, the workload of Fuzhuang Village I stationed is larger, the work area is wider, and life is a little more difficult.
