1. Vigorously develop employment positions, strengthen external contacts, and collect information extensively

Strengthen the relationship with enterprises and improve the reporting system for enterprises. The Wuhu Village Coordinator regularly visits enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction to conduct a survey of all types of enterprises in their respective jurisdictions.

Make full use of news media such as radio, newspapers, television, and publications to collect professional supply and demand information.

There are 1133 households in Wuhu Village, with a population of 3,540. According to the standards and work plans created in 2019, a full-employment community service team will be set up. The laid-off and unemployed people conducted employment and re-employment surveys, and used the forms of on-site investigations and telephone contacts to find out the “five clears” of unemployed people in the community. By visiting 40 registered unemployed people, 76 people received re-employment concession certificates, 7 subsistence allowances, 97.6918% re-employment rate for registered unemployed persons, 100% re-employment rate for older unemployed persons, and employment difficulties The rate of re-employment of the courthouses reached 100%. This year, the community self-assessment of the full-employment community was 92 points.

Third, active mobilization, multi-party coordination, integrated use of resources

For the unemployed groups in the village, we conduct investigations based on age structure, education level, and vocational skills, analyze the causes, classify the queues, and think about countermeasures for different ages and occupational skills. First, actively mobilize and provide employment information, encourage the people in the village to drive the output, and introduce the personnel engaged in production to the enterprise. Second, the village coordinated in various ways, and developed some jobs suitable for the "4048" personnel with difficulty groups, and helped the people engaged in production to transfer employment to the second, third and tertiary industries. The third is to actively collect information on the empty posts, introduce unemployed people or engage in the employment of the first-time personnel to the unit. The fourth is to implement re-employment assistance services. Help landless farmers to contact and coordinate work. Through the implementation of the empty-spot investigation, job registration, publishing employment information, job introduction, promotion of re-employment, and practical solutions to the practical difficulties of the vulnerable groups in life and employment.

Fourth, extensive publicity, warm service, and strive to create a full employment village

Widely publicize the preferential policies for land-losing farmers, so that land-lost farmers can change their ideas and concepts and enhance their sense of employment. Go deep into the public to carry out policy guidance, legal announcements, and concept updates for the unemployed and the needy. Actively publicize and widely mobilize, organize some personnel to participate in the vocational skills training run by the Street Labor Insurance Institute, improve the employment skills of the unemployed, expand the employment channels, and create conditions for further creating a new situation of employment and reemployment.

2. Actively do a good job in recommending vocational skills training and entrepreneurship training for registered unemployed people, and create conditions for helping unemployed people master vocational skills. Those who are willing to participate in entrepreneurship training are recommended to the labor security office; those who are willing to participate in computer training, accounting training and other skills training are recommended to the training schools designated by the district.

3. While carrying out daily employment assistance in our village, we actively recommend registered unemployed people in the village, especially those with employment difficulties, to participate in the free recruitment activities of the town labor security office to maximize the employment of these people. At the same time, continue to do a good job in establishing typical reemployment and self-employment.

4. Do a good job in the accumulation of texts and photo materials for each creation activity, and do a good job of all kinds of work desks in a timely manner. Active enthusiasm, meticulousness, business familiarity, proper approach, and program specification.

Through the joint efforts of all the villagers, our work has achieved some results, but there is still a certain gap between the requirements of the superiors and the residents.
