Some tasks have been completed. From the day of the first appointment to the present, the center's tasks are one after another, so that I am accustomed to the habit of busy people in the school, from the land to the ditches, from the development of new agricultural insurance to the autumn straw burning, from the village environment Remediation to the collection of social support... Fortunately, all the village cadres cooperated in concert, but the cooperation of the people in the village has been vigorously coordinated. I got a little trouble. The most painful and helpless thing in my four months is the contradiction between the neighborhoods. In the eyes of others, it is trivial, but they are fighting for you to live and die; it seems irrelevant to others, but they are sacred and inviolable. At home, the chickens and dogs jumped. The village made people inside and outside the cadres. The town said that Yuzhuang was shuddering. The city was famous for Yuzhuang. They only care about themselves and never care about the collective and others. Until now, I don’t know when these people are the end... I hope that all of you here will provide me with solutions to solve problems and help me to do the ideological work of these people. However, for four months, I also know my own shortcomings: the time for getting close to the people is still too small; the situation is not detailed enough; the concern for the disadvantaged groups is not enough; the need to ask the people for the people is not good enough.
