Main work measures:

The town party committee and government have always attached great importance to the comprehensive management of public security, and the members of the team firmly established the concept that "development is the last word, stability is the hard task, and the first responsibility", and the leader of implementing the comprehensive responsibility system is grasped. Gradually establish and improve the control and incentive mechanism for comprehensive management.
The first is to fully implement the "four incorporations." Fourth, attach great importance to four tasks and improve the overall level of comprehensive management work.

The third is to effectively strengthen the construction of the institutional team. Second, the business quality of the public security comprehensive management team needs to be improved urgently. However, due to limited grassroots conditions, it is unable to assume the responsibility of training and education. It is recommended that the grassroots comprehensive management cadres of the higher-level comprehensive management organization conduct systematic learning and training.
Third, with the economic and social development, the comprehensive management of public security has faced greater challenges. The basic security work of the grassroots public security is insufficient, and the funds are tight. The higher authorities are requested to give special funds to support.
