I finally graduated from college in June 1997 and became a teacher through the Personnel Examination of the Education Bureau. Time flies very quickly, and one semester is about to end in a blink of an eye. I have a lot of feelings in reviewing this semester. When I first joined the work, I didn’t understand anything. I was worried that I could not do all the work. After attending the work, with the care and help of the school leaders and teachers, I actively adjusted my mindset, changed my mind, took the initiative to participate in various tasks, and worked hard to accelerate my role change. In my ideological work, as the saying goes: "Live to the old, learn to be old", I have been strict with myself in all aspects, and strive to improve myself so that I can adapt to the situation of social development more quickly. Nowadays, the requirements of teachers in schools are getting higher and higher. Without professional skills and basic teacher literacy, they cannot be recognized by schools and students.
In terms of discipline, I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, and are not late, do not leave early, and take the initiative to take time off. In the work, respecting leaders and uniting colleagues can correctly handle the relationship with leading colleagues. In peacetime, diligence, saving, hard work, sincerity, love of students, harmonious interpersonal relationship, never neglecting unprincipled disputes, standardizing the words and deeds of a teacher at all times, and uncultivating their comprehensive qualities and ability.
In the work, we must carefully prepare lessons, carefully correct the homework, work in a neat format, and develop good study habits. In the classroom, students can fully mobilize their enthusiasm for learning, stimulate students' learning emotions, and rationally use multimedia teaching methods. Taking students as the main body, teachers take the lead, creating teaching situations in a way of inquiry, developing students' thinking, exerting students' imagination and earning quality in the classroom for forty minutes. Use multiple questions, multiple inspections, timely guidance, and timely feedback to improve basic knowledge. At the beginning of the new semester, the head of the Academic Affairs Office informed me of the last lesson as a teaching and research activity. Before class, I carefully prepared, carefully designed the lesson plans, looked for various pictures, background music, and produced courseware. In the tight and compact atmosphere, I completed the teaching objectives with ease and the teachers were affirmed. Through this teaching and research activity, I have injected new vitality into my subsequent teaching plan design, and I believe that the future classes will be more exciting.
In terms of business training, with the improvement of teachers' business ability requirements in the new curriculum reform, I participated in the new teacher training of the Education Bureau in addition to teaching. In the classroom teaching, the use of advanced multimedia teaching methods to create courseware using courseware to improve students' enthusiasm for learning. After school, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the students will be taught Chinese paintings and children's crayon paintings.
