In this democratic review, my branch has done all the work in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the school. We always adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of "xxxx" as the guide, in-depth study, carry out criticism and self-criticism, find out the shortcomings of existence, and also select outstanding group cadres and outstanding members.

This review is divided into four phases:

The first stage is the promotion mobilization stage. Through the efforts of the Youth League Branch, the majority of the members of the League have enhanced their awareness of the members. At the same time, they can understand the practical importance of integrating Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important idea of ​​"xxxx" into China's reform and opening up and school development, and enhance the cohesiveness of the group organization.

The second stage is the learning and education stage. My branch carried out the theme group day activities of "going with the party forever", collectively organized the study of the "Team of the League", "Youth Pioneer to create the first to compete for the words and deeds" deeds related materials, revisit the pledge of the group, learn to sing "group songs "and many more. This event was a complete success. During the discussion, each member of the group carefully prepared their own personal comments. All the members of the group expressed their desire to further strictly demand themselves, with a firm ideological standpoint and a strong political quality, and strive to improve their theoretical level and level of knowledge.

The third stage, the self-simplification stage. Each member of the group can combine their own thoughts, studies, work, etc. in a year to summarize their own political qualities, group awareness, learning performance, moral cultivation, social practice, etc., to find out the shortcomings. Clearly the direction of efforts.

The fourth stage, the stage of education review. The group meeting and the group branch meeting will be held. The members will read the individual summary. We will produce qualified members in the form of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, and vote for one outstanding group cadre and two outstanding members.

Through the democratic evaluation activities of the members, the enthusiasm of the members to strive for excellence was mobilized, the awareness of the members of our class members was improved, and the enthusiasm of our Youth League Committee was mobilized. Through this activity, we not only deepened our understanding of the dynamics of the members of the Youth League, but more importantly, we found problems in the branches in a timely manner. For example, some members did not have the awareness of the members, the learning was not active, and the style of life was lazy.

In short, although there are some shortcomings in our work, the democratic evaluation of the members is smooth and effective. Through this work, we have learned more about the actual shortcomings of our class. In the future study work, we will make further efforts, and we will continue to carry forward and make good corrections.
