The hospital delivery rate was low, and the average hospital delivery rate of the four central hospitals was 54%;
The physical examination rate and maternal system management rate of children aged 0-7 years were low, the average physical examination rate of children was 55.5%; the average management rate of maternal system was 53.1%;
On the disinfection implementation specification, the disposal of disposable articles is still not standardized, and the destruction of disposable articles is incomplete;
Medication standard: through the self-assessment from May to August and the external assessment data in August, the basic drug use rate is low;
All medical instruments are written in arrears;
The average average outpatient drug cost and the second average hospitalization fee exceeded the standard. The average average outpatient drug cost was 22.7 yuan, and the second average hospitalization cost was 716.2 yuan.
2, improvement
As the district project office has developed a unified self-evaluation table, the external evaluation indicators are decomposed, self-evaluation and external evaluation are detailed, and the results are more standardized, which is beneficial to the horizontal ratio and the vertical ratio.
