The work of the XX year disease control project in our city is summarized as follows:

I. Construction of disease prevention and control institutions

Strengthen the infrastructure of the CDC in accordance with the “Several Provisions on the Construction of Disease Prevention and Control System” of the Ministry of Health . The Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention has been fully completed and put into use, and the infectious disease area of ​​the Municipal People's Hospital has been put into use. Through the construction of hardware, the working conditions of the disease control institutions have been greatly improved. While strengthening the construction of hardware, we have also formulated the "Emergency Plan for Response to Influenza Pandemic" and "Emergency Plan for Public Health Emergencies in Hanchuan City" in combination with the epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in the region, from manpower, technology, equipment, The material reserve has strengthened health emergency work and improved the ability to quickly deal with public health emergencies. In order to improve the professional quality of the professional and technical personnel of the CDC, the training was strengthened and the key training of the city's disease control center was carried out. Do a good job in the measurement and identification work, further standardize the management of the laboratory, strengthen the laboratory biosafety management, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

Second, the prevention and treatment of acute infectious diseases

This year, the city has increased the management of infectious diseases in the city, and implemented regular monthly and irregular medical and health institutions to conduct infectious disease supervision and inspection. At the same time, a special class for epidemic monitoring work was set up to supervise and inspect the report on the epidemic network in the city. All the medical institutions in the city issued a fever clinic to conduct pre-examination and triage of outpatient fever patients, and implemented the first-patient doctor responsibility system. The Municipal People's Hospital began to launch infectious disease areas, and earnestly achieved "early detection, early reporting, early isolation, and early treatment." Strictly prevent nosocomial infections, the Department of Infectious Diseases established by the Municipal People's Hospital, the Second People's Hospital of the City, and the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is responsible for the control of hospitals and the monitoring of unexplained pneumonia. Each township hospital has identified a clinician who is responsible for the differential diagnosis of outpatient and hospitalized fever cases. As the prevention and control measures are in place, so far, there has not been a major infectious disease epidemic in our city. As of November 30, XX, there were 12 kinds of Class B acute infectious diseases in the city, with a total of 2629 cases and 4 deaths. The reported incidence rate was 257.64/100,000, and the case fatality rate was 0.15%. Compared with the same period of XX, the reported incidence increased by 5.13%. The 12 infectious diseases reported were: hepatitis, measles, rabies, dysentery, tuberculosis, typhoid, whooping cough, gonorrhea, syphilis, schistosomiasis, hemorrhagic fever, hiv.

1. Emergency epidemic treatment:

On August 12, XX, a funeral banquet was held in Li Xian’s hometown of Dongshantou Town, Xiaonan District, which caused a “cholera” epidemic. Five people participated in the city. We quickly organized personnel to find out the incidence of diarrhea in these five people through a few days of epidemiological investigations, grasped the incidence of the epidemic, determined the cause of the epidemic, and adopted targeted measures to effectively The ground controls the spread of the epidemic. After careful epidemiological investigation, a total of 9 people from Hanchuan participated in the funeral of Li Xian, the home of Dongshantouji Town, Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City. We conducted detailed case investigations on these 9 people. In addition to the symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea, Xu Jiagen and his wife found that 8 other people had not found any adverse clinical symptoms through dynamic observation. The 9 people and Deng Zhenyu collected no stool samples and o139 type Vibrio cholerae. After discovering these two cases of diarrhea, the Municipal People's Hospital immediately sent 120 special vehicles to pick up the patients to the isolation area for isolation treatment. After admission, the patient did not have symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea, and after stopping the antibiotics, the two consecutive fecal examinations of o1 group and o139 type Vibrio cholerae were negative, and the isolation was released on the afternoon of August 17. We gave a total of 92 members of the band who contacted Xu Shugen, the family of the family members who participated in the funeral banquet, and the Xu Shugen family, and took the norfloxacin capsules for preventive medication. 24 samples were taken from the patients and their close contacts. 72 samples were taken from the external environment, and no o1 group and o139 type Vibrio cholerae were detected. At the same time, the emergency plan was launched in the city. At the same time as the prevention and control of the epidemic situation was completed, all medical institutions in the city were required to search for patients in the village clinics and community service stations within the jurisdiction, so as to ensure that the inspection system was completed and the inspection system was improved. The inspection channel was sent and the 24-hour duty system was implemented. Every day, the deputy director of each unit reported the local diarrhea cases to the municipal CDC, and sent medical personnel to each village station to inspect and supervise. No similar diarrhea patients have been found. The 28 cases of diarrhea stool samples sent from all over the city did not detect positive strains, which were caused by other causes of diarrhea. Through the joint efforts of the city's disease control personnel, the cholera epidemic was controlled.

2. Direct network reporting: In order to ensure timely reporting of infectious disease epidemics, the program is standardized to ensure the smooth flow of the city's epidemic reporting network. In response to the problem that the current infectious disease information report is not timely, we strictly follow the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Infectious Disease Information Reporting", and comprehensively rectify the direct report of the epidemic situation in the city, so that the timely reporting rate of infectious diseases in the city is higher than that of last year. There is a big increase. The network system for epidemic situation reporting at the city and township levels was further improved. The employment system for 34 infectious disease information administrators in the city was implemented. The responsibilities were clearly assigned to the people. The leaders were responsible for the report of the epidemic situation. The epidemic network directly reports personnel operations. The network direct reporting of medical institutions based on the case report of infectious diseases cases was improved, and many problems such as timely reporting and correction of epidemic situation, routine monitoring and emergency warning, and management of floating population epidemic situation were solved. We are now able to conduct an analysis of infectious disease epidemics on a monthly basis and establish and improve a system for regularly publishing infectious disease epidemics. 32 epidemic reports The network direct reporting unit has a clear responsibility for infectious disease epidemics, program specifications, and smooth network.

3. Key disease monitoring: In order to further strengthen the monitoring of acute intestinal infectious diseases with cholera and typhoid as the focus, according to the mental requirements of the Hubei Provincial Health Department and Xiaogan City Health Bureau, each medical unit will be from May 1 to 10. On the 31st of the month, an intestine clinic should be opened, and the “five specialties” should be administered. The municipal medical units should have special personnel, special prescriptions, special rooms, special medicine cabinets and special toilets. Township, town and hospital health centers should be specially staffed and specialized. Tubes, special tables, special registers and special prescriptions. It is necessary to do a good job in the registration of diarrhea patients and the examination of pathogens, so as to achieve "all diarrhea must be checked, every doubt must be checked", to give patients with diarrhea full-course antibiotic treatment. The Municipal People's Hospital and the Municipal Traditional Chinese Hospital carried out self-examination and self-inspection, and the inspection rate required to reach more than 20%. Other medical units should timely collect samples of diarrhea patients and send them to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for testing. The inspection rate should reach 8% or more.

Second, the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases

1. Malaria prevention and treatment: In accordance with the relevant spirit of the relevant business departments at the higher level, we opened a training mobilization meeting for 12 malaria microscopic examination stations on April 28, XX, and on May 1st - XX years of XX. 2. Monitoring of intestinal parasitic diseases: According to the relevant requirements of the provincial government, in order to understand the current status and epidemic characteristics of soil-borne nematode infection in our city, it provides a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies. According to the unified plan of our province, stratified cluster sampling method is adopted. The Tongyu Village and its surrounding national small and kindergartens were selected as survey points, and about 727 people were investigated. The soil-derived nematode eggs were examined by the modified Jiateng thick smear method; the transparent adhesive paper anal swab method was used to check the children aged 3-12 years old. Eggs, on November 5th, the city cdc formed a special class, divided into 5 groups of households to issue 1064 uniform numbered toilet boxes, 217 toilet boxes were distributed in Tucheng Elementary School, and a box of 125 was issued in Zhongling Elementary School. One. From November 6th to 8th, we divided 8 people into 4 groups and entered the school to collect 505 stool specimens with a recovery rate of 35.92%. In this activity, 505 specimens of fecal specimens and 222 specimens of mites were collected, and two species of soil-borne nematodes were found, including 38 aphids and 14 aphids. The infection rates were 7.52% and 6.31%, respectively. It is 7.15%.

Third, prevention and treatment of endemic diseases

Monitoring of iodized salt: According to the “Implementation Plan for Iodized Salt Monitoring in XX Year”, we completed the monitoring of 288 salt samples in the resident level in December XX, including 267 qualified iodized salts and 15 unqualified iodized salts. 6 parts of iodized salt. The indicators for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in our city have reached the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
