Since the county health bureau set up a comprehensive health inspection team on June 12 this year, the county joint management center sent people to follow the inspection team to the county people's hospitals, county hospitals, county maternal and child health hospitals and other three county-level medical institutions. The implementation of new rural cooperative medical care in seven central health centers such as Xiqiao, Nanbin, Banyan, Huangshui, Linxi and Mawu and the two township hospitals in Huanghe and Shijia were examined. The main contents of the inspection include five aspects: one is the purchase of drugs and the implementation of drug prices; the second is the “new rural cooperative medical insurance” compensation public announcement; the third is the promotion of the “new rural cooperative medical policy”; the fourth is the “new rural cooperative medical system”. The compensation is recorded; the fifth is the compensation for the village clinics by the township hospitals . The results of the inspection are summarized as follows:
1. The drug purchase channels and drug prices of the designated medical institutions are well executed, and they can all be used in the designated eight pharmaceutical companies, and the drug prices are executed within the maximum retail price limit of the “NRCMS”.
Second, the “New Rural Cooperative Medical Expenses” medical expenses compensation publicity has been implemented. The problem is that the compensation public notice column is small, and it is impossible to fully publicize the outpatient and hospitalization compensation personnel.
3. Except for the four central health centers such as Banyan Tree, Nanbin, Mawu and Huangshui, and the two township health centers of Huanghe and Shijia, the “New Rural Cooperative” propaganda slogans are not hoisted, and other medical institutions are in a prominent position.
