1. Kindergarten leaders attach importance to organizational integrity

The leaders of our park attach great importance to the work of creating health, and put the work of creating health on the important agenda of kindergarten work. In order to enable our park to carry out the work of creating and cultivating in a serious, solid, comprehensive and effective manner, our school has established the "Creation Work Leading Group". The team leader is headed by Feng Min, the deputy head of the department, and the deputy head of the team is composed of Jiang Haiyan, the deputy head of the school. The members are composed of teachers from the school, which clarify the work objectives and implement the responsibilities. There is a Chuangwei Work Office, which is mainly responsible for the data collection, organization and school health work of the Chuangwei work. For the creation of the work, the leaders personally grasped, the creation of the office is responsible for the coordination and arrangement of the entire school's creation and health work, so that the tasks of the creation of the work are carried out at various levels and the tasks are clear. All agencies and related personnel are required to carry out their work in strict accordance with the established plans, to achieve targeted projects, to have inspections and appraisals, to summarize and commend, and to implement work responsibilities to each faculty and staff.

The park is very supportive of the work of creating health. Leaders often ask questions and guide the work of creating health. This year, the school arranged three full-scale personal hygiene and environmental sanitation inspections. Several school-level leaders took the lead and actively implemented and inspected them. During the inspection, the room where the problem existed was clearly put forward, and sharp criticism was put forward, and the correction was ordered on the spot. The leadership division is clear, the responsibility is to the people, the teaching and research director is in charge of health education, and the logistics director is in charge of environmental health.

Second, increase publicity efforts to create a good atmosphere

Chuangwei work is a very social system project, but it is not enough to rely solely on leadership. Only the teachers and students of the whole school will be truly mobilized to form a comprehensive mobilization, all teachers and students will work together to create a good situation. The atmosphere can fundamentally guarantee the implementation of the creation work and ensure the sustainable development of the creation work.
