In 2019, the South Street Community Health Service Station further implemented the spirit of the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Developing Urban Community Health Services”, further improved the mechanism, strengthened management, and strived to build a service system that meets the requirements of urban community health services to provide security for community residents. Effective, convenient, economical, and sustained public health services and basic medical services, and carry out various tasks productively. The work of 2019 is summarized as follows:

First, strengthen internal strength, improve management

I stand to improve the functions of the community service station assessment standards. We will continue to improve our management level and focus on serving the community to improve the health of residents, and strengthen quality awareness and service awareness. Establish an effective full-cost accounting system, effectively reduce service costs, medical costs, reduce various expenses, and reduce the economic burden of community residents.

Second, strengthen the construction of medical ethics and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients

Strengthening the construction of medical ethics and improving the professional ethics of medical staff, taking the assessment of the medical ethics of medical staff as the content, standardizing medical service behavior, improving medical service quality, improving medical service attitude, and optimizing medical environment Focus, strengthen education, improve the system, strengthen supervision, discipline, establish a new style of the industry, and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.

Third, reflect the public welfare nature of community health services and gradually improve the service function

Do a good job in outpatient consultation, consultation, and education for the community.

I stand around the community residents. The medical staff is enthusiastic and caring for the patients who come to the station. Not only does the patient relieve the pain, but also explains the work and conducts health education for the patient to prevent the occurrence of diseases. There were 2,710 outpatient visits, 550 infusions, 2450 inquiries, 3,340 blood tests, 148 test tests, and 30 drug changes in the outpatient clinic.

Do a good job in special population and chronic disease management in the area as required

This year, my community established an electronic health record management system based on the management of the original residents' health records, and established electronic files for each household to accurately manage each chronic disease patient and special population. In the year, 3,354 household health records, 8,136 people, and 7,938 electronic files were managed. Among them, 1070 elderly people over 65 years old, 5 pregnant women, 709 chronic diseases management, 247 diabetes, 130 coronary heart disease, 46 strokes, 19 tumors, 6 mental illnesses, 10 slow patients .

Do a good job in community planning immunization and infectious disease prevention

Actively cooperate with the disease control department to carry out child planning immunization and emergency response. In the whole year, our community manages 377 children aged 0-7, and establishes 155 children's health. It is a health check for 246 children. It is a child in the jurisdiction and the area under its jurisdiction. 5120 people were vaccinated in two schools and two kindergarten children.

In short, we have achieved some results in 2019, but there is still a certain distance from the requirements of the superior leaders. There are still some shortcomings of this or that, mainly because the proportion of personnel structure is unreasonable, and the technical level of personnel needs to be further improved. The service facilities are rudimentary and the service functions are not perfect.
