Summary of animal husbandry and epidemic prevention work in 2019

At the beginning of February 2019, through the research and decision of the Party Committee of Lilin Town, I assisted the agricultural town mayor in the work, mainly responsible for the animal husbandry and epidemic prevention work. The recent work is summarized as follows:

First, get familiar with the situation as soon as possible, complete the role adaptation

Lilin Town is a large agricultural town, and animal husbandry accounts for a large proportion of agricultural projects. After arriving at the post, the basic breeding and epidemic prevention situation of 45 administrative villages will be arranged to understand the basic situation. In conjunction with the Animal Husbandry Bureau, the list of leading groups of major animal epidemic emergency teams was adjusted and a formal file was issued. Provided organizational guarantee for the implementation of the hurricane action of the municipal party committee and municipal government in the prevention and control of animal diseases in spring. Talk with the epidemic prevention staff and the large breeding households, listen to their suggestions and opinions, draw on the wisdom of the people, and ensure the smooth flow of information channels. Establish a weekly supervision system, send samples such as serum according to quality and quantity, and formulate scientific epidemic prevention measures in time to build a defense line for the healthy development of animal husbandry.

Second, speed up the construction of epidemic prevention positions and create an anti-epidemic position with demonstration role

The anti-epidemic position of Lilin Town is the eastern epidemic prevention position supported by the Municipal Animal Husbandry Bureau. It has the characteristics of wide radiation and heavy tasks. The task of transformation is very arduous. The demolition of dangerous buildings has all ended. I actively communicated with the leaders of the Animal Husbandry Bureau, applied for funds and coordinated the construction on the spot many times. At present, the infrastructure construction is steadily advancing. Floor tile laying, water, electricity erection, ground hardening, material storage reservoir waterproofing, etc. are expected to end on May 10, and equipment will be installed and commissioned at the end of May.

3. Actively participate in the work of Baocun and contribute to the construction of the demonstration zone for agricultural and rural development in the east.

According to the work meeting of the leadership team of the town party committee and government, 7 people from the team members of our town will undertake the work of Baocun in the demonstration village of the eastern agricultural and rural development. I will be the leader of the village of Fanzhuang.

As a new model of new rural development in the new era, Fanzhuang has an important driving and radiating role. As a leader of Baocun, he knows that his responsibility is significant. I insisted on going to Fanzhuang for two days each week. Every time I work in the office for at least two hours, I met with the village party secretary Li Daoan and the director of the village committee, Mr. Zhang Youqun, to discuss the development plan.

The road hardening of the east gate of the village has been completed and the installation of the gate building is underway. The demolition task involved in the expansion of the village public service center has been completed, and construction is expected to start in May. 50 new farmers have been trained, and the city is co-organized. The Municipal Animal Husbandry Bureau and other villages actively coordinate the financial support and harden the t-type road. And plan to completely renovate the old farming community. An animal epidemic prevention column and a pollution-free product identification column are set up at the entrance of the breeding community. The disinfection room and duty room were remodeled.

Fourth, do a good job in science and technology work in the countryside

Science and technology are primary productive forces. The development of agriculture through science and technology is of great significance in the process of building a new countryside. In order to improve the level of scientific farming of farmers' friends, we will promote the adjustment of the agricultural industry structure. I have communicated and coordinated with the relevant units many times. I have invited the technical director of Shandong Shunde Company, the professional technicians of the Municipal Animal Husbandry Bureau and the staff of the animal health supervision agency to come to our town to explain the relevant technical and legal regulations for farmers. Farmers’ awareness of the legal system has increased, and they have a stronger sense of resistance to illicit drugs such as lean meat. It is generally arranged in the aquaculture area, and arranges at least one hour of exchange and interaction. Through lectures and many face-to-face exchanges, it solves the practical problems of many production processes and is highly praised by farmers.

V. Strive to do a good job in attracting investment and project work

The economy of Lilin Town is relatively backward and there are not many industrial projects. The specific township determines the high importance of attracting investment. Although agricultural projects cannot directly increase fiscal revenue, it is important to expand employment and demonstrate radiation effects. Under the concern of the town party committee and government, we actively contacted Tengda Industrial Co., Ltd., and now we have landed a thousand head raising factory in Qianrong Village, covering an area of ​​50 mu, solving 70 jobs, and can be put into use at the end of June. I have been on the spot many times to coordinate various problems encountered during the project landing process. Make friends with investors, discuss development, and make them feel the heart of the investment of Lilin people. Play the radiation effect and strive for more projects to land in Lilin.

6. Do a good job in letters and visits with deep affection for the people.

We will conscientiously implement the system of members of the leadership team of the town party committee and government. Three days in the month, I will work in the reception room of the petition. Listen carefully to the voices of the visiting people, and do the petition work with the deep feelings of the people, so that the people can return with satisfaction. During the two sessions, the company adhered to the post and maintained stability for the key control personnel. During the two sessions, Beijing was not disturbed by Lilin. For the letters and visits packaged by the main leaders, I have met with the petitioners on many occasions, face-to-face consultations, especially on the pollution of the farming community, which has been strongly reflected by the public, and resolved the relevant complaints from the near and long-term perspectives.

In the twinkling of an eye, I have been working in Lilin for nearly three months. I have the hardships of work and the joy of success. I have adapted to the relevant work, and I am deeply aware that there is no end to serving the people. I firmly believe that under the leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal party committee and the government, we can steadily move forward, do our job well, and contribute our own strength to the construction of new countryside.
