According to the archives spirit of the "Notice on the Annual Assessment of Staff of Public Institutions in 2019", the leaders of our hospital attached great importance to it and seriously organized and implemented the annual assessment of 29 comrades in the hospital. The assessment is now reported as follows:

First, the basic situation, this assessment is a relatively systematic, comprehensive and formal assessment of our hospital. From the preparation of the assessment, organization and implementation to the evaluation of the second-order assessment, we have done a thorough preparation, fair application, serious statistics, and fair evaluation. It has created a good assessment atmosphere, and has also tested the true achievements of each comrade and successfully completed the annual assessment.

Second, the main practice

Leaders attach importance to and highlight the seriousness of the assessment work. In order to accurately evaluate the performance of the staff of our hospital and the performance of the work, and effectively strengthen the management of the team and improve the quality, our hospital attaches great importance to this assessment. A special meeting was held on the assessment of the cadres of public institutions to study and deploy the annual assessment work. Dean Zhang Guangxiu issued an important opinion on how to conduct fair annual assessments in a fair, just, serious and realistic manner. This meeting is the annual assessment work of our institute. The smooth progress has laid the foundation.

Strict assessment program 1, personal summary. The appraisers carefully carry out the individual annual summary according to the assessment content, conduct self-evaluation, and fill out the “Annual Assessment Registration Form”. 2. Personal debriefing. Organize the staff of the whole hospital to hold a debriefing evaluation meeting, and the appraisers shall be in the above-mentioned positions of the meeting. 3. Democracy assessment. On the basis of personal debriefing, according to the principle of objectivity and fairness, the appraisers are evaluated on five aspects: morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity. 4. The assessment team determines the assessment and other times. On the basis of personal summarization, the assessment leading group will conduct comprehensive democratic evaluation and in charge of leadership evaluation, combine the assessed status of the assessed person, the performance of the annual performance of duties and the actual performance of the work, conduct a comprehensive assessment, and put forward the final review opinions to determine the proposed assessment.

The assessment is open and subject to the supervision of all employees. The whole evaluation process adheres to the principles of fairness, justice and openness. It adopts democratic evaluation and scores according to the five parts of morality, energy, diligence, performance and honesty, and resolutely eliminates excessively extreme scores. The statistics of the evaluation results were carried out under the supervision of all business cadres, and finally publicized.
