At the same time, I know that when I first came to work in the countryside, I realized that the knowledge I have learned has certain limitations and is not broad enough. Especially in some aspects, such as the laws and regulations on rural areas and the construction of party style and clean government, there is still a lot of knowledge, so I I realized that under the premise of doing my job well, I must constantly recharge and learn all kinds of knowledge about rural work in order to be competent for future work. Fortunately, there are various newspapers and magazines in the village, which will facilitate me to obtain timely information on various political affairs and various relevant policies and trends in the country and the province. In my daily work, I mainly assist the secretary and the director in handling some files and texts, drafting some files, applications, plans, programs, and improving various materials and files. I know that in my future work, I will try my best to assist the secretary and the director in all aspects of the work, and actively cooperate with the two committees to seek more economic benefits for the village's life and for the villagers' lives.
