College student village official summary

As a stranger in the 1980s, we are more enjoying the affluent living environment and good social environment that the country is rich and strong. Entering rural work is an idea that I have never had before. Originally believed that after fifteen years of cold window career, we are more devoted to the job of status and status. Rural cadres are just the work of villagers with certain ability to idle and boring. But in just half a month, let me know what I know wrong.
I remember that at the graduation ceremony of the pre-job training of the party school, some students said, "Now we have not invested in rural work. It is too early for us to discuss how to carry out rural work well." Yes, the countryside is strange to us. Only when you truly integrate into this group can you have a personal experience:
Miscellaneous is my first individual meeting in rural work. The rural work is aimed at the people who have certain deficiencies in the cultural level and the quality of civilization, and the decision-making in the rural economic development. It is the scope of rural cadres to work on which puppies need vaccination. As a person who just stepped into the village committee building, the rural work is a little strange, but the work still needs to be done, and things still have to be done. Just like the president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, we must thoroughly understand the central policy and policy on the giant view. On the one hand, we must deepen the villagers' villages." The newcomers are more about starting from the theory, and the practical work has not yet been formally involved. Huangshi Village of Yaoxi Town is divided into four natural villages, five sections, each of which is set as a villager group; there are 732 households in the village, 2794 villagers, including 49 village representatives, 70 party members, including 4 probationary members; There are still about 500 mu of farmland, about 240 mu of forest area, and 7.8 million yuan of working capital in the collective economy. The income of the villagers mainly comes from family workshops, transportation, fishing and mining.
Busy is my second individual meeting in rural work. Rural work is particularly busy because of its miscellaneous and trivial. In many people's intuitive feelings, rural work means that there is no job. Even we think that we are only working in rural areas, and there is only one parasite that consumes national resources, including myself. Have had such an idea. Now I can say with certainty that "our thoughts are wrong." Rural cadres should thoroughly understand the policies and policies of the Party Central Committee, and then combine the practice of the village to make the people a blessing. This simple word is quite difficult to do. The policy of the superior leader is only to play a guiding role, but each village has its own personality, truly understand the policy guidelines, and effectively combine the practice of the village to truly reflect the policy. The value can truly benefit the people. This is only a small part of the work of rural cadres. More often, we are solving the contradictions in the village, making rational use of national policies, laws and regulations to formulate the development goals and implementation plans of the village. The work of "a cup of tea, a newspaper" has ceased to exist in the construction of the leader in the new countryside.
Heavy is my third experience in rural work. Building a new socialist countryside is a very important strategic arrangement for the central government to implement the scientific development concept and build a harmonious society. It is a concrete practical action. In expounding and deploying the task of building a new countryside in the coming period, the Party’s xx report emphasized that the main role of hundreds of millions of peasants in building a new countryside should be played. As the leader of hundreds of millions of peasants and the road signs, the rural cadres can imagine the heavy responsibility. The "20-character policy" put forward by the Party Central Committee on the issue of building a new socialist countryside is a great decision to build a well-off society in an all-round way. There are 60 people living in rural areas in China, and the rural areas are the bases and footholds for the work of our university students. Then I should give full play to the characteristics of college students accepting new things and the relatively complete knowledge structure, and create a breakthrough for the shortage of rural construction talents. Filling in the experience and ability for the experience of the society, consciously combining the individual pursuit with the development of the country, taking the needs of the motherland and the needs of the times as their own choices, actively facing the rural areas, facing the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship, and building socialism. The new countryside has made positive contributions. This is our responsibility.
In the short time of ten days in the village, the village appearance is unfamiliar, the villagers are strange, and the village is even more strange. In the long and cumbersome report, I can theoretically understand the village and the people. I have not yet taken the first step to get to know the village and the people in the countryside, but what I really understand is that I have chosen the right job, chosen the right direction, and recognized the big policy of China’s national economy and people’s livelihood from the grassroots work. From the basic environment to understand the life of the people of Limin in China, from the ordinary role to shape self-strength and capable work ability, is this not the job position we are pursuing the status and identity?
"Since you have chosen a distant place, you can only leave it to others."
